Open-ended membership 37.90 € per 4 weeks (Mon–Sun 5am–11pm) or 29.90 € per 4 weeks (Mon–Fri 5am–2pm). A fixed 4-week card costs 42.90 € or 34.90 €. Access tag 12 €, free for students, pensioners and the unemployed. Single visit 10 €. The billing period is 28 days and notice is one full billing cycle. The tag works at every Kuntosali FIT location. Personal coaching and body composition measurement are available. Minimum age 13.

24/7 gym floor, a HYROX area, a body-maintenance area, a group exercise studio with both instructed and video-guided classes (Les Mills and Voitto's own, chosen from a wall touchscreen), personal training plus duo, group and remote coaching, and InBody measurement at 19 € (members 10 €). For families there is a baby slot in the gym, a parent-and-child training slot and a mother-and-baby class. Spacious changing rooms and showers; lockers take your own padlock (6–8 mm shackle) or a personal locker can be rented for 5 €/month. One membership covers both Voitto centres. EPassi, Smartum, TYKY and Edenred accepted.

Two eras sit side by side in Hiukkavaara. The red-brick barracks of the old garrison were built between 1955 and 1963; the Pohjan Prikaati brigade wound up there at the end of 1998, and the buildings now house cultural tenants. Next to them Oulu is laying out its largest new residential area — 3,411 residents at the end of 2025, with housing planned in the long run for some 20,000. The city centre is about six kilometres away along the north bank of the Oulujoki.
There are four gyms. Three are in Hiukkavaara, 200 to 700 metres apart, and the fourth is out at Kynsilehto, three kilometres away. The offering is stripped down: not one has a sauna, none is women-only, and only one runs group classes. Two are open 24 hours.
Monthly cards run from 37.90 to 54.90 euros, with a median of 44. In a market of four gyms that gap matters, since the dearest card costs roughly 200 euros more over a year than the cheapest, so it is worth visiting both ends of the range in person. Two offer a free trial.
Outdoor training covers part of what is missing indoors. The community building has a sports hall that divides into four courts, and there is a free council-run outdoor gym beside the floodlit running and ski trail.
