Introductory visit (first time only) 5 €. Available only when customer service is on site, i.e. Mon-Fri 10-20 and Sat 10-14. A normal single visit costs 10 €.

A private group fitness studio in Möysä, Lahti, running since 1999. A varied timetable (pump, spinning, kettlebell, zumba, circuit, yoga and mobility) of instructor-led classes in two halls; every place is booked and paid for in advance.

Introductory week 19 €: visits valid for 7 days from purchase. Only for new customers or customers who have not been active for two years. The card is personal and is bought from the Prepaid cards section of the booking system; every class must be booked and paid for in advance.

Classes per the timetable; service desk in hall 1 Tue-Wed 16-16.30 and Thu 16-17.30. In summer the desk has no separate opening hours; you can pay before or after classes in hall 1.

A women-only gym in central Lahti, on the P floor of the HämeenHelmi shopping centre: a broad machine selection, a free-weight area and functional-training gear. Also group classes, small-group training, personal training, a sauna and Neurosonic recovery.
