The gym is open to members every day 5:00–24:00. The office is open Mon–Thu 14:00–19:00 and Fri 9:00–13:00.
Small private studio in Kilo, Espoo: coached crosstraining in small groups (max 12 per session), strength training and barbell technique courses, plus personal training and nutrition coaching.
Your first Crosstraining class is always free; book it through WODconnect. Continuing to train regularly requires the gym's beginner course (peruskurssi) or demonstrated competence in the main lifts — the price of that course is not published.
Autumn starter offer: first month of training 10 €
