A 7-day trial week for 9.90 €. No commitment – the membership ends automatically 7 days after purchase. Available to new members who have not had an active membership in the past 12 months. Minimum age 15.

CrossFit box in Nekala, Tampere: coached small-group classes that change daily, plus a separate Open Gym area for self-training between 5 and 23. There is also a small-group room for about 10 people.
A free 30-minute introductory assessment, booked in advance via the website. It is a planning session, not a free workout. Starting to train requires the 149 € OnRamp beginner course; experienced CrossFitters can arrange to join directly as members by email.
