A new, modern 24/7 city gym in central Lohja, fitted with Teca Fitness equipment and a comprehensive free-weight area. Membership with no commitment and no joining fee; entry with your phone via the OnTheMove app.
The first introductory visit is free of charge; the time is agreed with customer service by email ([email protected] or [email protected]) or by phone on 050 475 0003. The web shop also sells a separate 5,00 € test visit, valid one week from purchase.

A sports and wellbeing centre in Lohja with a 700 m² gym and functional hall renovated in 2024, up to 80 instructed group classes a week, HYROX and reformer pilates sessions, plus sauna and shower facilities. Membership includes a named personal trainer, the Omppula childcare and the AplicOnline remote service.
Fill in the trial form on the site and Aplico contacts you; you receive two (2) free day passes. A day pass lets you try the gym and/or the group classes free of charge, and staff will show you around the facilities.
