Drop-in 6 €, 1 month 37 €, 10 visits 50 € (valid 3 months), 3 months 95 €, 6 months 170 €, 12 months 300 €, 2 years 500 €, 5 years 1000 € and 10 years 1500 €. A replacement key card costs 5 €. Cards can be frozen with at least two weeks' notice for a valid reason (injury, illness, travel). There are separate changing rooms for women and men, cardio equipment (exercise bikes, cross-trainers, rowers, treadmill, airbike, stair machine) and massage and personal-training services. Minimum age 15. Payment by cash, card, Smartum, tyky and virike vouchers, ePassi/Sporttipassi and Edenred.

The introductory visit is free. A trial visit must always be arranged with the gym staff and can only take place during staffed hours.

Gym open 24/7 with a key card. Staffed hours Mon–Thu 12:00–18:00; no staff on Fri, Sat or Sun (and none on summer Fridays).

Prices are 22 €/month, 50 € for 3 months and 132 € per year. A 35 € refundable deposit is charged for the key card (pisara key) and returned when the card is handed back. Barrier-free access through the main doors into the sports hall and from there into the gym.

Gym membership 53 €/4 weeks, gym + group classes 61 €/4 weeks and CrossFit 77 €/4 weeks on an e-invoice contract. Students and seniors pay 45 €/4 weeks for the gym and 50 €/4 weeks with classes. A monthly card is 75 € (85 € with classes) and fixed-term cards run from 175 € (3 months) to 675 € (12 months with classes). Drop-in is 10 € for the gym and 15 € for a class; a 10-visit card is 85 € or 95 €, valid three months. Reformer pilates and CrossFit are priced separately. The key card costs 20 € or is free via the OnTheMove app. Notice period is one four-week billing cycle. Membership includes free supervised childcare.

New customers get three free visits within one week with no commitment (reformer pilates excluded).

Key-card access every day 05:00–24:00. Reception staffed Mon–Thu 15:00–19:00, Fri 15:00–18:00, closed Sat–Sun.

Self-training gym and swimming on the same ticket. Adult admission 8 EUR in the evening and at weekends, 6 EUR on weekdays until 15:00. Students and conscripts 5 EUR, over-65s 6 EUR, children aged 4-17 3.50 EUR and under-3s free. Family ticket 18 EUR. Multi-visit cards: 10 visits 52 EUR on weekday mornings or 72 EUR otherwise, 20 visits 100 or 140 EUR, 100 visits 450 or 600 EUR; all valid for two years. Six-month Let's Go and 65+ cards are also sold at 50 or 65 EUR. Ulpukka also runs guided activities for adults.

Self-training gym, no booking needed. Gym 6 EUR per visit, students and pensioners 4 EUR per visit. The hall accepts cash and debit cards only. Changing rooms are available and there is an accessible WC. The gym is closed 19 June - 26 July and on August weekends.

A 2.0-concept gym: resistance machines for all muscle groups, a free-weight area, cardio and warm-up zone, stretching and cool-down area and a separate women's-only gym. Personal training available on site. Fully step-free entrance and an accessible shower (note: no shower chair). Changing rooms with lockers and showers (bring your own padlock), Wi-Fi, free equipment inductions and an Optishake drinks dispenser.

Trial week 9,90 €: train for 7 days at any Fitness24Seven gym. Available to new members who have not held an active membership in the past 12 months. Buyers must be at least 15. No commitment – the membership ends automatically 7 days after purchase.

Open to members 24/7. Youth membership (ages 15–17) allows access 06:00–20:00.
