A 2.0-concept gym: resistance machines for all muscle groups, a free-weight area, a functional-training zone (strength, balance, mobility and coordination), a cardio and warm-up zone, a stretching and cool-down area and a separate women's-only gym. Changing rooms with lockers and showers – bring your own padlock. Wi-Fi.

Trial week 9,90 €: train for 7 days at any Fitness24Seven gym. Available to new members who have not held an active membership in the past 12 months. Buyers must be at least 15. No commitment – the membership ends automatically 7 days after purchase.

Open to members 24/7. Outside shopping-centre hours, entry is via the night entrance at the back of the centre on the Kousankatu side. Youth membership (ages 15–17) allows access 06:00–20:00.

Single visit 5,50 €, pensioners and students 3,50 €. Season card 88 € (January to Midsummer in spring, August–December in autumn), annual card 145 € and end-of-season card 52 €. Cards are sold at the Littoinen multi-purpose building, the swimming hall and the city service points. Guided gym sessions for women on Tuesdays 18:00–19:00 and 19:00–20:00 and a mixed session on Thursdays 19:00–20:00; guided sessions run as circuit training, during which ordinary self-directed training is not possible.

Three membership tiers: DAYTIME at 19.90 €/month (access 05:00–15:30, 12-month contract), BASIC at 23.90 €/month on a 12-month contract or 34.90 €/month on a rolling contract, and PREMIUM at 34.90 €/month (12 months), covering every GOGO Express and GYM Anytime gym in Finland. Paid a year in advance: DAYTIME 219 €, BASIC 263 €, PREMIUM 384 €. Joining fee 19.90–29.90 €. Students get 15% off membership (excluding DAYTIME) and a 0 € joining fee. A day pass costs 10 € and is valid until the end of that day; buy a membership within 7 days and half the joining fee is refunded. Payment by bank or credit card and via Smartum, ePassi and Edenred. Gym instructors and personal trainers work on site. Minimum age 14.

Open 05:00–24:00 every day. Staff on site weekdays 8–20, Sat–Sun 10–18.

Coached WOD, HYROX and Easy WOD classes plus self-directed Open Gym. Ongoing membership 107 €/month (students 92 €), 95 €/month on a 12-month term (students 82 €) and 86 €/month on a 24-month term. Open Gym-only membership 68 €/month. Ten-visit card 139 € (students 121 €). Single open-gym visit 12 €, single coached class 17 €. Open Gym is accessible with an access tag from 5 am to 11 pm. On-Ramp beginner course 145 € (two-week version 99 €), or 209 € bundled with a month's membership. Also Hyrox Prep 99 €, Rapa Startti 129 € and Beast Mamas 160 €.

Equipment comes from Goljat, Hoist, Hammer Strength, Watson, Primal, GYM80 and Life Fitness: plate-loaded and pin-loaded machines, dumbbells 1–72.5 kg, kettlebells 6–40 kg and barbells. Cardio includes 9 rowers, 4 cross trainers, 4 treadmills, curved treadmills, ski machines and AirBikes. The functional area has sleds, TRX, battle ropes and specialty bars. Group classes include HYROX, indoor cycling and Barre. There is also a smoothie bar plus wellness services: massage, osteopathy, body-composition measurement and fitness testing. Monthly membership 59 €/month (gym only) or 69 €/month for gym plus group classes; on an annual membership 49 €/month and 59 €/month respectively, saving 120 € a year and including a free trainer consultation. Students and over-65s get 15% off memberships. Parking is free.

Gym floor, a broad group-class timetable for all levels, Personal Training and a shop. Free parking in the car park hall 06:45–23:30. Memberships: Basic 49.90 EUR/month (this club), Flexible 79.90 EUR/month (all Turku clubs), Premium 99.90 EUR/month (Nordics). 20 EUR day pass for non-members. 20% student and senior discount.

No free trial. Non-members buy a 20 EUR single visit, credited against membership fees if you join the same day.

Club: Mon–Sun 05:00–23:59. Staff on site: Mon–Thu 10:00–20:00, Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–14:00, no staff on Sunday.
