An advanced variation that also activates the obliques and deep back muscles. Requires excellent body control and strength.
Position yourself in the machine without any additional weight. Place your hands behind your neck.
Lower yourself to the bottom position in a controlled manner.
As you raise your torso, simultaneously twist it to one side, as if trying to bring your elbow towards the ceiling.
Return to the center in a controlled manner as you lower yourself back down.
Repeat the movement to the other side on the next repetition. Keep the motion fluid and controlled.
