Free gym trial in Turku

Gym membership with no commitment at 47.90–67.90 €/month, or on a 12-month contract at 37.90–57.90 €/month (the upper end covers all 91 Fressi clubs). Joining fee normally 29 €. Functional training is covered by TRX and kettlebells plus plenty of open floor space for mobility and kettlebell work; Technogym Kinesis machines suit rehabilitation and lighter training. Free weights (dumbbells 1–50 kg, kettlebells 8–32 kg), plate-loaded and cable machines, a broad cardio floor (treadmills, cross-trainers, rowers, curved treadmills, ski ergs, assault bike) and a functional training area with TRX. The site also has an indoor cycling studio, a smoothie bar, a kids' play corner and massage/osteopathy services. Membership covers the Hirvensalo, Kurala and Impivaara gyms.
