An advanced variation using both arms simultaneously, requiring more core control and strength. An added hold at the end of the movement maximizes muscle tension.
Sit in the machine and grip both handles. Ensure your position is stable and your core is engaged.
Press both handles down simultaneously, fully extending your arms.
Pause at the bottom position and consciously squeeze your triceps for 1-2 seconds (peak contraction).
Slowly and with control, return the weights back up, resisting the weight throughout the entire return phase.
Avoid swinging your upper body and focus on keeping the movement clean, using only your arms.
