Gym membership 59 EUR/month with no commitment, or 49 EUR/month on a 12-month contract. Single visit 12 EUR and a 10-visit card 99 EUR (valid 6 months). The group-fitness membership at 75 EUR/month also includes the gym. The first introductory workout is free.
Gym prices from 1 Jan 2026: adults 5 € per visit, 10-visit top-up 45 €, monthly card 50 €. Pensioners, students, ages 4–16 and conscripts 4 € per visit, 35 € for 10 visits, monthly card 40 € (over-13s). Unemployed Muurame residents 3.50 € per visit and 35 € for 10 visits. Swim + gym combination 8 € per visit or 70 € for 10 visits. A 12-month combination activity card costs 90 € for disability pensioners and for residents aged 65+. A 10 € wristband fee applies the first time; multi-visit products are valid for two years. Smartum, Edenred and ePassi are accepted. Equipment: 2 exercise bikes, 2 treadmills, a rower and a SkiErg; high/low/cross cables, chest press, leg extension and curl, leg press, abdominal machine, triceps press, Smith machine and HUR abdominal, back, rotation and thigh machines; a free-weight area with bars, racks and dumbbells. Functional kit includes kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, sticks, wall bars, balance cushions, Airex mats, a plyo box and a battle rope. Guided adult classes run in the gym (adult gym, senior gym, a musculoskeletal class led by a physiotherapist, and a K75 class for over-75s). Minimum age 13.
Gym open daily 6:00–21:30 with a multi-visit wristband; single visits during pool desk hours or via the web shop/app. The gym is closed during guided classes and on Mondays 9–10 for cleaning. The swimming hall is closed 27 Jun–16 Aug 2026; 17–30 Aug Mon–Fri 14:00–20:00, closed Sat–Sun (gym visits can still be bought online during the closure).
Open-ended gym membership 61 EUR/month; the rolling contract can be cancelled to the end of the billed month. A 12-month gym membership at 56 EUR/month adds supervised childcare, 2+2 weeks of freeze rights, two body-composition measurements and group classes at 4 EUR each. A large free-weight area with six squat racks, dumbbells up to 50 kg, modern plate-loaded lever machines and a comprehensive range of cardio equipment. The space is sized for beginners and serious lifters alike. Changing rooms have showers and lockable lockers (bring your own padlock; the chain sells them for 6 €). Gym induction 21,90 € and personal training available. A day pass costs 10 € and can be bought in the app. Chain minimum age is 14.

Plate-loaded lever machines, quality selectorised machines plus free weights and bars, with some CrossFit-style equipment. A traditional sauna for men and an infrared sauna for women, both available around the clock. Personal training and massage are available under the same roof.

Self-guided training on a single ticket or a multi-visit card: adults 5.20 € per visit, 10 visits 41.45 €, 20 visits 77.75 €, 30 visits 108.80 €; concession groups (students, unemployed, over-65s, conscripts, ages 9–17) 4.10 € and 33.15 € / 62.20 €. A 8.30 € wristband is bought for multi-visit products. There is no monthly card; Graniitti also sells the city's Junior card (ages 15–29, 105 € / 6 months) and Senior card (52 € / 6 months, 88 € / 12 months) to Jyväskylä residents. Main gym: exercise bikes, rowing machines and a treadmill, cable machines, bench-press benches, presses, free weights, kettlebells, a squat station and a hack squat machine. Senior gym: cross-trainer, rower, exercise bike and pneumatic HUR machines usable manually or with a smart function. The city runs guided groups and gym courses here, plus free 'instructor present' slots. Minimum age 13.
25 May–18 Jun and 3–30 Aug: Mon–Thu 8–21, Fri 8–20, closed Sat–Sun. From 31 Aug: Mon–Fri 8–22, Sat 10–18, Sun 8–21. The desk and doors close one hour before closing time. Guided groups may cause exceptions to gym use.
