Self-guided training on a single ticket or a multi-visit card: adults 5.20 € per visit, 10 visits 41.45 €, 20 visits 77.75 €, 30 visits 108.80 €; concession groups (students, unemployed, over-65s, conscripts, ages 9–17) 4.10 € and 33.15 € / 62.20 €. A 8.30 € wristband is bought for multi-visit products. There is no monthly card; Graniitti also sells the city's Junior card (ages 15–29, 105 € / 6 months) and Senior card (52 € / 6 months, 88 € / 12 months) to Jyväskylä residents. Main gym: exercise bikes, rowing machines and a treadmill, cable machines, bench-press benches, presses, free weights, kettlebells, a squat station and a hack squat machine. Senior gym: cross-trainer, rower, exercise bike and pneumatic HUR machines usable manually or with a smart function. The city runs guided groups and gym courses here, plus free 'instructor present' slots. Minimum age 13.

25 May–18 Jun and 3–30 Aug: Mon–Thu 8–21, Fri 8–20, closed Sat–Sun. From 31 Aug: Mon–Fri 8–22, Sat 10–18, Sun 8–21. The desk and doors close one hour before closing time. Guided groups may cause exceptions to gym use.

Generous free-training and stretching space, an expanded leg-training area with several squat and deadlift stations, and a separate boxing room. Saunas for both men and women. Massage services are also offered.

Access with the mg-card 06:00–22:00, with training time until 23:00. New memberships and card top-ups are handled when staff are present.

Two membership options: a fixed 12-month contract at €37.90–57.90/month, or a flexible no-commitment membership at €47.90–67.90/month (cancellable to the end of the following month). The price range depends on whether you choose one Fressi 24h gym or all 91 Fressi centres. The fixed contract carries a standing €8–10/month saving and locks the price for the contract period. Joining fee is normally €29, currently €0, plus a campaign giving 50% off training fees to the end of September 2026. Membership can be paused for 1–3 months at a time for €5/month (free with documented military service, pregnancy, long-term illness or temporary relocation). The price includes FressiTV live classes and the online workout library (stated value €14.90/month). Fressi trainer personal training is available. Payable with Finnish exercise benefits. Age limits: 12–14 with a guardian, from 15 independently.

Open 24 hours a day, every day of the year including public holidays, using the Fressi card. There is no reception desk at the centre.

Bookings are made through a separate booking system and one booking lasts 60 minutes. The price is from 10 € per booking, and three other people can join at the same price — the gym is capped at four people at a time. After booking and paying you receive an SMS code that opens the gym door for the duration of your slot. Payment is made online at the time of booking via Paytrail. The gym is open every day of the year 06:00–22:00 and there is no staff on site — for problems you reach staff by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. There is a Bluetooth speaker you can pair your own phone to for your own training music. There is NO shower; there is a toilet and a water point. Chalk (magnesium) is banned, as is needlessly dropping weights, and equipment must be returned to its place at the end of your slot. The person booking must be over 18; children may come with a parent and are the parent's responsibility. Pets are not allowed. The premises are under recorded video surveillance. Public transport links are good, and the P-talo Lutakonaukio 1 and 2 car parks, the harbour parking area and the Paviljonki parking area are all immediately nearby.

Gym membership 49 €/month (unlimited access every day 06:00–23:00), morning gym membership 39 €/month (06:00–13:00), gym + Neurosonic 59 €/month, morning + Neurosonic 49 €/month. Gym Premium Unlimited 229 €/month covers unlimited gym and small-group classes (including reformer pilates) plus four Neurosonic treatments a month. Studio Premium class cards: 10x 229 €, 5x 129 €, 1x 29 € (5x valid 2 months, 10x valid 4 months). Personal training packages from 205 €/month. Regular slots: ongoing corporate contract 699 €/month (excl. VAT), private group slot 675 €/month. Open-ended memberships have no commitment and no notice period; you end the membership yourself in the app at the end of the paid period. Payment is charged automatically to your card every four weeks. The cardio area has treadmills, stair machines, bikes, and rowing and ski ergometers. Other spaces: Ryhtilä (reformer, BodyBow, mat pilates, spiral stabilisation and yoga classes) and Rauhala (sound-bowl relaxation, gentle yoga). Minimum age 18. There is no car park of its own; the nearest is a paid gravel lot at the end of Fortunakuja, with disc-parking spaces about 200 m away in front of Innova 1.

You can train every day 06:00–23:00 (last entry 22:30). Staff on site by arrangement.

Gym 44 €/month as a rolling membership (access 5:00–23:30) or the morning membership at 34 €/month (5:00–14:30). Fixed-term gym cards: 1 month 59 €, 6 months 269 €, 12 months 499 €. Single gym visit 15 €. Small-group coaching 99 €/month includes gym access, classes, testing, the online service and programming; a single class is 25 € and a 10-class card 199 €. PT packages 205–355 €/month, a single PT session 95 € and a training programme 135 €. No joining fee, no commitment period and no hidden costs — the rolling membership can be cancelled in the app and ends when the paid period runs out. Independent training is allowed from age 15.
