Trial visit 7.50 € for a single session, sold as either an Active or a Premium version (Premium also includes the WODs). There is also a half-price trial month for 28.50 €: it is for new customers who have not had a membership before or whose last visit was over a year ago, and it covers the Flow gym, group and virtual classes plus Force's Open Gym side (not Force's coached classes or programming). NOTE: the trial period converts automatically into a rolling monthly membership unless cancelled in writing within 14 days of purchase. Access and class bookings run through the WiseGym app; classes can only be booked after purchase. Minimum age 15.

Self-directed training in roomy gym space, lockable lockers and changing rooms with showers. An in-house coaching team offers personal training. Membership can be extended to all of Liikku's roughly 70 locations nationwide for an extra 5 €/month. Non-members can train by buying a single-visit ticket.
Access on city ticket products: single visit 6 €, 10-visit card 49 €, 50-visit card 215 €, gym monthly card 49 € (valid 30 days) and a combined fitness card 70 € (30 days, gym + swimming). Discount groups (students, unemployed, pensioners, ages 5-17, conscripts) pay 3.50 € per visit and 27 € per month. Senior card for over-65s 33 € / 6 months, daytime-exerciser card 33 € / 3 months. Tickets are loaded onto an OuluCard (card fee 3 €). On Thursdays 14.30-15.30 (31 Aug-13 Dec 2026) an instructor is present during the public session to show how the equipment works; no advance registration.
