Rolling monthly membership 37.90 €/month, student and pensioner membership 33.90 €/month, family membership 99.90 €/month (all family members under 20 living at home). Annual membership 379 € / 12 months, student/pensioner 339 € / 12 months and family 999 € / 12 months; the annual membership ends automatically and needs no cancellation. There is no joining fee, but the rolling membership carries one month's notice and joining mid-month is charged at 1 €/day for the rest of that month. Membership includes a weekly kettlebell class and free equipment induction; the HIIT class costs 2 € per session. Personal training 100 € for one session, 350 € for five, 590 € for ten, and a 3-month intensive package at 300 €/month. All Finnish exercise, culture and wellbeing vouchers are accepted (Smartum, Edenred, Tyky, ePassi). The city senior card is accepted, with senior gym slots Tue and Thu 10.00-12.00.

The gym is open every day of the year from 5.00 to 23.00. Staff are present by arrangement. Senior-card holders have gym slots on Tue and Thu 10.00-12.00.

Monthly card or 10-visit card: non-member 42 €, club member 35 €, student/unemployed/pensioner/parental leave 26 € (the discount requires club membership). Single visit 5 €, 4 € for discount groups. A one-off 5 € start fee covers the access fob. A 30-visit or 3-month card is 90 € (non-member 112 €), a 60-visit or 6-month card 170 € (non-member 200 €), and an annual card 338 €. A one-month combination card (gym + group classes) is 49 €. Family card 26 € per person when four or more monthly or 10-visit cards are bought for one household. Club membership costs 27 € per calendar year for adults, 22 € under 18 and 47 € per family. When the service desk is closed you get in with an access fob or by buying a single-use door code at the entrance for 5 € (valid 2 days from purchase). Personal training is offered as a 65 € individual gym session covering 60 minutes of training plus a written programme. Payment by bank card, cash, ePassi, Smartum and Edenred.

The gym is accessible with an access fob every day from 5.00 to 23.30. Service desk hours Mon-Thu 13.00-19.00, Fri 12.00-18.00, closed Sat-Sun; summer hours until 16 August are Mon-Fri 12.00-18.00. Senior card holders (OuluCard 65+) can train Mon, Wed and Fri 8.00-10.00 and Sat-Sun 10.00-12.00.

Access on city ticket products: single visit 6 €, 10-visit card 49 €, 50-visit card 215 €, gym monthly card 49 € (valid 30 days) and a combined fitness card 70 € (30 days, gym + swimming). Discount groups (students, unemployed, pensioners, ages 5-17, conscripts) pay 3.50 € per visit and 27 € per month. Senior card for over-65s 33 € / 6 months, daytime-exerciser card 33 € / 3 months. Tickets are loaded onto an OuluCard (card fee 3 €). On Thursdays 14.30-15.30 (31 Aug-13 Dec 2026) an instructor is present during the public session to show how the equipment works; no advance registration.

Self-directed training in roomy gym space, lockable lockers and changing rooms with showers. An in-house coaching team offers personal training. Membership can be extended to all of Liikku's roughly 70 locations nationwide for an extra 5 €/month. Non-members can train by buying a single-visit ticket.
