Gym membership with no commitment at 47.90–67.90 €/month, or on a 12-month contract at 37.90–57.90 €/month (the upper end covers all 91 Fressi clubs). Joining fee normally 29 €. Membership can be paused for 1–3 months at 5 €/month, and pausing is free during military service, pregnancy, long-term illness or a temporary move. Fressi trainer personal training and physiotherapy are available as add-ons. FressiTV live classes and the online workout library are included. Finnish sports vouchers and benefits are accepted. Minimum age 15 to train alone; 12–14-year-olds with a guardian.

Fressi's nationwide trial: try the services for two weeks for 0 €. The trial is managed entirely online — you start and end it yourself.

Open 24 hours every day of the year with the Fressi key card, holidays included. This location has no reception desk and no restricted opening hours.

150 m² of open, bright training space with quality TechnoGym machines plus HUR pneumatic machines that suit beginners and rehabilitation. Free weights and dumbbells up to 50 kg. Open 365 days a year. Also on offer: group classes, personal training, gym courses, boxing and bag work, senior exercise, massage and SUP board rental. A personal gym programme costs 40 € for gym customers. Payment by card, cash, exercise vouchers, Smartum Pay, the Edenred app and ePassi.

Access card every day 06:00–23:00; day card 08:00–16:00. Open 365 days a year. The desk is staffed Mon–Thu 17:00–19:00, Wed 11:15–11:30, Fri 18:00–18:15 and Sat 11:30–11:45.

The gym has versatile, modern training equipment, separate changing rooms for women and men, and sauna facilities. Sports and dietary supplements are sold on site, and there is good parking nearby. Pricing follows an association model: an annual membership fee of 25 €/year, on top of which a monthly fee is paid. For men the monthly fee is 35 € and the yearly rate 350 €; for women the monthly fee is 23 € and the yearly rate 250 €. Under-20s pay 23 €/month. Students and pensioners pay 32 €/month. A 10-visit card costs 50 €. By paying the membership and annual fees you can train for the whole year with no further charges. Each month's fee must be paid by the last day of the preceding month.

Membership options: Jousto-Liikku €36.90/month with one month's notice, Järki-Liikku €34.90/month on a 12-month commitment, and Reilu-Liikku €348/year paid up front. The joining fee is €29.90 (€9.90 for returning members), and membership can be extended to every Liikku gym for €5/month or €50/year. A single visit is €14.90. There are no separate student, senior or family discounts. Minimum age is 13 and chalk is not permitted.

Free trial workout Mon–Wed 16–19. No advance booking; you fill in your contact details on arrival. Once per person, and no sales pitch.

Open to members every day 05:00–23:00. A staff representative is on site Mon–Wed 16–19.

Resistance machines, free-weight area, cardio and warm-up zone, stretching and cool-down area, and a separate women's-only gym. A broad group-fitness timetable including Les Mills classes. Personal training on site. Changing rooms with lockers and showers (bring your own padlock), Wi-Fi, free equipment inductions, a vending machine and an Optishake drinks dispenser.

Trial week 9,90 €: train for 7 days at any Fitness24Seven gym, group classes included. Available to new members who have not held an active membership in the past 12 months. Buyers must be at least 15. No commitment – the membership ends automatically 7 days after purchase.

Open to members 24/7. Youth membership (ages 15–17) allows access 06:00–20:00. Group classes run to a published timetable.
