Parking is in the Kakola car park, and active members get 2 hours free with a parking disc. Flexible membership is 49 €/month, and the discount rate (students and pensioners with a valid card) is 39 €/month. A VIP membership at 79 €/month adds four evening spa visits per month (Mon–Thu). Single visit 15 € and a 10-visit card 80 €, valid for 4 months. Your card is stamped at the desk reader on every visit. The minimum age is 16, and under-18s may join with a guardian's consent. Tanssikoulu Å and Klub Å operate in the same building, with classes bought separately.

The gym has versatile, modern training equipment, separate changing rooms for women and men, and sauna facilities. Sports and dietary supplements are sold on site, and there is good parking nearby. Pricing follows an association model: an annual membership fee of 25 €/year, on top of which a monthly fee is paid. For men the monthly fee is 35 € and the yearly rate 350 €; for women the monthly fee is 23 € and the yearly rate 250 €. Under-20s pay 23 €/month. Students and pensioners pay 32 €/month. A 10-visit card costs 50 €. By paying the membership and annual fees you can train for the whole year with no further charges. Each month's fee must be paid by the last day of the preceding month.
