Gym drop-in 6 € (4 € when combined with a tennis, badminton or fitness class) and a personal annual card 300 €. During the summer season 1 June–9 Aug 2026 the drop-in was 4 €. The venue also offers tennis, badminton, padel, group exercise (including the Juhan talli sessions for retired men and the Juhan plikat women's club at 7 € per session), personal training, massage, a cafe and a restaurant.

Self-directed gym training, personal coaching and training programmes. Membership options: Jousto-Liikku €36.90/month with one month's notice, Järki-Liikku €34.90/month on a 12-month commitment, and Reilu-Liikku €348/year paid up front. The joining fee is €29.90 (€9.90 for returning members), and membership can be extended to every Liikku gym for €5/month or €50/year. A single visit is €14.90. There are no separate student, senior or family discounts. Minimum age is 13 and chalk is not permitted.

Free trial workout Mon–Wed 16–19. No advance booking; you fill in your contact details on arrival. Once per person, and no sales pitch.

Open to members every day 05:00–23:00. A staff representative is on site Mon–Wed 16–19.

Gym membership with no commitment at 47.90–67.90 €/month, or on a 12-month contract at 37.90–57.90 €/month (the upper end covers all 91 Fressi clubs). Joining fee normally 29 €. Membership can be paused for 1–3 months at 5 €/month, free of charge during military service, pregnancy, long-term illness or a temporary move. A Fressi trainer / physiotherapist works on site. FressiTV live classes and the online workout library are included. Finnish sports vouchers and benefits are accepted. Minimum age 15 to train alone; 12–14-year-olds with a guardian.

Fressi's nationwide trial: try the services for two weeks for 0 €. The trial is managed entirely online — you start and end it yourself.

Open 24 hours every day of the year with the Fressi key card, holidays included. This location has no reception desk and no restricted opening hours.

Single visit 10 €, 10-visit gym card 70 € (valid 3 months), one-month membership 45 €, 6 months 240 € and 12 months 399 €. One-month family card: 75 € for two, 110 € for three and 140 € for four people. A three-month membership plus the Gymstart programme costs 240 € and includes a personal training programme and a meeting with an instructor. There are also personal-training services, training and nutrition programmes, classical massage and joint/vertebral treatments. Cards can be bought online. Minimum age 13.

Gym open 24/7. Reception staffed Mon 12:00–19:00, Tue, Wed and Sat 16:00–19:00, Thu–Fri 8:00–13:00, closed Sunday. Other times by arrangement.

The Superkortti covers unlimited gym and badminton every day 5:00–24:00. A 1-month Superkortti is 32.90 €/month on an open-ended contract with 30 days' notice before the next period and a 2-month minimum term. The 12-month Superkortti is 25.90 €/month (310.80 € paid in one go gives one month free = 23.91 €/month). All Inclusive at 49.90 €/month adds unlimited padel and badminton. A fixed 1-month Superkortti costs 39.90 € and ends automatically. The 10-visit Superkortti is 59.90 € (valid 4 months; one stamp = a gym visit or half a badminton hour). Drop-in 8.50 €, also online – you get a PIN by e-mail that lets you in while reception is closed. The access card is a one-off 9.90 €. There are changing rooms with saunas for women and men, large lockers with padlocks, and free parking for over 200 cars. The venue also has badminton (13 courts), floorball, padel, a solarium, racket stringing, a meeting room and children's parties. Minimum age 15. Payment by Smartum, ePassi and Edenred.

The introductory gym visit is free for all new customers: you can train and use the changing rooms, showers and saunas. Trial visits only while reception is staffed, and they require registration at the desk.

The gym is open to Superkortti members every day 5:00–24:00. Reception Mon 8:00–22:00, Tue–Thu 9:00–22:00, Fri 9:00–21:00, Sat 10:00–17:00 and Sun 10:00–21:00.

Self-training gym with swimming and sauna included. Single visit 8.50 EUR, or 6.50 EUR for students, pensioners and the unemployed. Multi-visit cards: 10 visits 67 EUR, 20 visits 124 EUR and 50 visits 249 EUR. For students, the unemployed and pensioners, 10 visits cost 52 EUR, or 47 EUR for the 06:00-15:00 slot. Monthly card 47 EUR. The age limit is 14; 13-year-olds may train only under a guardian's or club coach's supervision. The swimming hall and Kuntokoulu are closed 19 June - 9 Aug 2026.
