Kilosport
Nummenniitty · Kaarina
Kilosport is a family sports centre in Kaarina founded in 1991, ten minutes from central Turku beside the Helsinki motorway. The airy 750 m² gym is air-conditioned and fitted with easy-to-use Precor and Eleiko equipment plus a large free-weight area that also suits rehabilitation. The functional zone has an Eleiko rack, climbing rope, rings, punch bag, sled and rope pull, plyo boxes, medicine and slam balls, kettlebells and barbells; cardio runs to Precor treadmills, a stair machine, spin and exercise bikes, cross-trainers and Concept2 ski and rowing ergs. There is also a large mirrored studio with a tatami stretching area. A Performance Studio extension opening in summer 2026 will increase the gym's volume by 25%.
Trial terms: The introductory gym visit is free for all new customers: you can train and use the changing rooms, showers and saunas. Trial visits only while reception is staffed, and they require registration at the desk.
