A free one-week trial valid at all Kuntomo gyms (Kempele, Linnakangas, Etu-Lyötty). Maximum three visits, between 07:00 and 19:00. The trial starts after email confirmation (usually 1–3 days) and requires the Kuntomo mobile app and the trial pass. It does not commit you to any membership.
Kuntomo's gym in the new sports building on Pelaajapolku in the Linnakangas district of Kempele. It has the area's largest and most varied functional training zone (200 m²), a martial arts area, and a gym floor where every machine was custom-built to measure in Finland. The free-weight side has 10 squat racks, a 15-metre CrossFit rig and three official lifting platforms. A restaurant and a ball sports hall operate in the same building. Membership includes an initial assessment, a personal programme and two personal-trainer sessions (value 235 EUR), plus the training programme in a mobile app. Large changing rooms and showers with make-up tables. Entry by PIN code and the Vocatum app. Massage services at the same site. Joining fee 49.90 EUR (39.90 EUR when joining online). ePassi, Smartum and Edenred accepted.

Weight-stack machines are mostly Technogym and SteelFlex, each with QR codes linking to exercise instructions. The functional side has several racks, bench-press benches, a lifting platform with stands and an official competition bench, free weights, gymnastic rings, battle ropes, punch bags, tractor tyres and kettlebells. A wide range of cardio machines lines the window wall. Membership 39.90 EUR per 4 weeks (access 5:00-24:00); a special membership for the unemployed and pensioners is 24.90 EUR per 4 weeks (access 5:00-16:00). Single visit 12 EUR, training week 25 EUR, ten-visit card 99 EUR. Entry via the Easymove app or an access tag (15 EUR). Free supervised kids' room for members' children, open 5:00-24:00. The gym is accessible with an access fob every day from 6.00 to 23.00. With a senior fob, weekdays 8.00-16.00. The hall's staffed service is open Mon-Fri 10.00-23.30 and Sat-Sun 8.00-22.00.
