Oz MAX is a broad-based fitness and leisure centre in the Metsokangas district of Oulu. The gym floor is equipped with Gym80, Matrix and Technogym machines, and a separate functional training hall covers bodyweight work. Members enter with a key fob every day from 5am to midnight.

Gym floor, a 200 m² functional training area, a martial arts area, a warm-up zone (treadmills, a non-motorised treadmill, 4 Wattbikes, Concept2 rowers and SkiErgs, cross trainers), an instructed group class on Saturdays, personal training, coaching, massage, physiotherapy and testing. One membership covers two of the chain's centres. Finnish exercise benefits Smartum, E-passi, Edenred and Tyky accepted.
A free one-week trial valid at all Kuntomo gyms (Kempele, Linnakangas, Etu-Lyötty). Maximum three visits, between 07:00 and 19:00. The trial starts after email confirmation (usually 1–3 days) and requires the Kuntomo mobile app and the trial pass. It does not commit you to any membership.
Open 24/7 — entry with a key tag at any hour of the day, every day of the year. Kuntomo's customer service is staffed at the Kempele branch on Mondays and Wednesdays 15:00–18:00.
Technogym equipment with generous spacing between machines. Membership includes an initial assessment, a personal programme and two personal-trainer sessions (value 235 EUR), plus the training programme in a mobile app. Large changing rooms and showers with make-up tables. Entry by PIN code and the Vocatum app. Massage services at the same site. Joining fee 49.90 EUR (39.90 EUR when joining online). ePassi, Smartum and Edenred accepted.

Single visit 8 €, a 10-visit card 47 € with no expiry date, and a monthly card 30 € valid for 30 days from purchase. The access fob costs 8 €. A senior fob gives access on weekdays 8.00-16.00. Alongside cash the centre accepts Smartum and Finnbody exercise vouchers, the Virikeseteli voucher and the usual debit and credit cards. Longer gym and class cards, and the Sportti-Kortti, can also be paid in smaller monthly instalments under an invoicing agreement (details on 010 3093 661).
The gym is accessible with an access fob every day from 6.00 to 23.00. With a senior fob, weekdays 8.00-16.00. The hall's staffed service is open Mon-Fri 10.00-23.30 and Sat-Sun 8.00-22.00.
Three membership types: full membership 49 EUR/month (free gym use 5:00-23:00 plus all coached group classes), self-training membership 30 EUR/month (free gym use, no classes) and a day membership 20 EUR/month (5:00-15:00). Paying 6 months up front gives -5 %, 12 months -10 %. Family benefit -10 % for two and -20 % for three people in the same household. Ten-visit card 67 EUR (valid 6 months) and a single visit 9 EUR. Equipment includes 9 squat stations, 4 weightlifting platforms, a sled track, Concept2 rowers and BikeErg, SkiErg, Rogue Echo Bike, a Smith machine and cable stations. Members get the gym's own weekly training programme and free coffee. PT session 75 EUR, training programme 150 EUR, nutrition coaching 95 EUR.
The introductory visit is free. During August 2026 there is also a free trial week as part of an autumn campaign (valid until 31 August 2026).

Weight-stack machines are mostly Technogym and SteelFlex, each with QR codes linking to exercise instructions. The functional side has several racks, bench-press benches, a lifting platform with stands and an official competition bench, free weights, gymnastic rings, battle ropes, punch bags, tractor tyres and kettlebells. A wide range of cardio machines lines the window wall. Membership 39.90 EUR per 4 weeks (access 5:00-24:00); a special membership for the unemployed and pensioners is 24.90 EUR per 4 weeks (access 5:00-16:00). Single visit 12 EUR, training week 25 EUR, ten-visit card 99 EUR. Entry via the Easymove app or an access tag (15 EUR). Free supervised kids' room for members' children, open 5:00-24:00. Physiotherapy, massage, InBody measurement and XCryo cold therapy are available in the same building.
Free introductory visit during customer-service hours. Under the referral benefit a new member joins free of charge (value 15 EUR).
