A rolling one-month membership with no fixed term costs 36 €/month with one month's notice. A rolling membership on a 12-month contract is 34 €/month, and can be paused for one month during the contract period. Paid up front: 1 month 45 €, 3 months 125 €, 6 months 240 €, 12 months 360 € (the cheapest option). A single visit is 11 € (valid 1 month) and 10 visits 89 € (valid 12 months). As an opening offer, a morning membership for 05:00–13:00 is 29 €/month and a student/pensioner membership 32 €/month. All memberships include unlimited use of the gym, sauna and plunge pool within opening hours. After purchase you receive a personal PIN code by message to get in; an access tag can be bought from customer service during its opening hours. Entry works with a PIN code or tag between 05:00 and 23:00. Equipment includes a Precor power rack and a Goljat squat cage, Eleiko bench and incline bench and barbells, a trap bar, a deadlift platform, 2× Precor Smith machines, Precor and Gym80 cable stations, a Kraftwerk hack squat, a Precor leg press, dumbbells from 1 to 40 kg and plate-stack machines from Precor, GPH, Gym80 and HCPro. On the cardio side there are 4 treadmills (TG and Precor), 3 exercise bikes, 2 cross-trainers, a Concept2 rower and a Dinox ski ergometer. There are also battle ropes, a punch bag and speed ball, kettlebells, mats, a plyo box and a radar-timed hockey shot area. Nine HUR SmartTouch smart machines adjust resistance in 1 kg increments. There are spacious changing rooms for both women and men; the pool and sauna section is shared, but at peak times the smaller sauna is women-only and swimwear is required. Note: you switch the sauna on yourself from the timer next to reception, and the sauna and pool area is closed after 20:00 on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings if the function room is booked. Parking is free. A function or meeting room can be rented (booking fee 300 €). The premises are air-conditioned with efficient ventilation. The web shop accepts ePassi and Smartum; Edenred payments are arranged by email. Corporate pricing is available on request.

Free trial on weekdays 16:00–19:00. Reception is open on Wednesdays 16:30–18:30, and other customer-service times can be arranged by phone or email if needed.

Self-directed gym training with the municipality's electronic access tag. Access time is bought from Laukaa's webshop: adults (18–69) 1 month 35 €, 3 months 90 €, 6 months 160 €, one year 210 €. Discount groups (under 18s, students, conscripts, unemployed, pensioners) 1 month 20 €, 3 months 45 €, 6 months 70 €, one year 95 €. Over-70s get access free of charge. Everyone must also buy a personal electronic tag for 27.95 € (Esmikko access system); it is activated at the leisure office and collected from a key box (Laukaantie 14, 41340 Laukaa or Laurinkyläntie 5, 41400 Lievestuore). Activation takes 1–7 working days. Employee benefits (Smartum, ePassi, Edenred) can pay for access time but not for the tag. All municipal gyms are closed to other users while the municipality runs group activities; bookings are visible in the Timmi reservation system. An assistant with a Kela assistant card gets in free. Mon–Sun 5:00–22:00. On Mondays and Tuesdays 15:15–16:15 the gym hosts youth Open Gym groups.

A broad, well-kept equipment range: dumbbells 1–60 kg, barbells, EZ bars, competition bars and kettlebells in pairs from 4 to 40 kg. Cardio includes Concept2 rowers, upright and recumbent bikes, cross trainers, treadmills and Assault AirBikes. Functional training gear covers battle ropes, resistance bands, medicine balls and suspension trainers. Sauna, personal training, supplement sales and an online shop. Smartum, Virike, ePassi, Edenred and TYKY benefits are accepted.

Card access every day 06:00–22:00, extended to 24/7 on request. Staff present Mon–Thu 12:00–20:00 and Fri 12:00–18:00.

Coached classes from early morning to evening plus an open gym for self-directed training. Membership covers all coached classes at both locations (Sorastajantie 1 and Vasarakatu 9). Prices from November 2025: 12-month membership 95 €/month (fixed term, then continues open-ended with one month's notice), 1-month membership 105 €/month (cancellable any time before the turn of the month), 10-visit card 165 € (valid 6 months), single visit to a class or the open gym 20 €. Students get −10 %: 12 months 85.50 €/month, 1 month 94.50 €/month. CF Masters 49 €/month (one session a week) or 79 €/month (two a week), Masters drop-in 15 €. Open gym outside staffed hours requires a chip key at 30 € per gym. Private session 75 €. Separate CF Kids, CF Youth, Mama Training, HYROX, weightlifting basics, nutrition coaching and corporate slots. Equipment: Ski-erg, Bike-erg, Echo bike, C2 Concept rower, Xebex runner, 5000 kg of barbells and plates, dumbbells 1–40 kg, kettlebells 4–44 kg, Rogue Abraham 2.0 GHD, Dinox handstand-walk ramp, ropes, D-balls 25–60 kg, jerk blocks, push sled, pegboard, and Muskeli high and low cable pulleys.

Open gym with a chip key every day 06:00–22:00. Coached classes run from early morning to evening; the open gym included in membership is also usable while coached sessions are running.

A large machine area with Technogym and Precor equipment, a wide free-weight zone with squat racks, a Glute Builder section and a licensed HYROX area. A full weekly group-class schedule covering functional training, body maintenance, strength, step classes and HYROX. Also a sauna, free breakfast on weekday mornings, childcare (Lasten Klub1), massage, physiotherapy and personal training.

The first visit is free. After that a single visit costs 25 €, or 18 € when accompanied by a member.
