A large machine area with Technogym and Precor equipment, a wide free-weight zone with squat racks, a Glute Builder section and a licensed HYROX area. A full weekly group-class schedule covering functional training, body maintenance, strength, step classes and HYROX. Also a sauna, free breakfast on weekday mornings, childcare (Lasten Klub1), massage, physiotherapy and personal training.

The first visit is free. After that a single visit costs 25 €, or 18 € when accompanied by a member.

Cardio and warm-up area (treadmills, cross-trainers, rowing machines), a free-weight area from kettlebells to dumbbells and barbells, a full range of selectorised machines for the different muscle groups, and a stretching and cool-down zone with mats. Changing rooms have lockers and showers (bring your own padlock), plus Wi-Fi. Entry with the Fitness24Seven app from the moment you join, with membership managed online.

A large free-weight area with 6 squat stations with racks and 3 bench-press benches with safety bars, dumbbells up to 50 kg, over 20 lever machines (including hip thrust and reverse hyper), 2 Smith machines, a broad cable selection, and Technogym cardio and selectorised machines. Separate stretching area. Changing rooms with showers and lockable lockers (bring your own padlock). Gym induction 21,90 € and personal training available. Day pass 10 €.

Every day 5:00–24:00. Staff on site Mon–Fri 8–20, Sat–Sun 10–18.

Competition-grade powerlifting equipment and gear plus a comprehensive range of other top-tier gym machines, with multiple lifting stations so queues stay short. Plenty of free parking in the yard. The rolling-billing membership carries no commitment and can be cancelled at any time.

Gym open 24/7 every day of the year with a door card. Reception open weekdays 16:00–19:00.

Coached classes from early morning to evening plus an open gym for self-directed training. Membership covers all coached classes at both locations (Sorastajantie 1 and Vasarakatu 9). Open gym with a chip key every day 06:00–22:00. Coached classes run from early morning to evening; the open gym included in membership is also usable while coached sessions are running.

A rolling one-month membership with no fixed term costs 36 €/month with one month's notice. A rolling membership on a 12-month contract is 34 €/month, and can be paused for one month during the contract period. Paid up front: 1 month 45 €, 3 months 125 €, 6 months 240 €, 12 months 360 € (the cheapest option). A single visit is 11 € (valid 1 month) and 10 visits 89 € (valid 12 months). As an opening offer, a morning membership for 05:00–13:00 is 29 €/month and a student/pensioner membership 32 €/month. All memberships include unlimited use of the gym, sauna and plunge pool within opening hours. After purchase you receive a personal PIN code by message to get in; an access tag can be bought from customer service during its opening hours. Entry works with a PIN code or tag between 05:00 and 23:00. Equipment includes a Precor power rack and a Goljat squat cage, Eleiko bench and incline bench and barbells, a trap bar, a deadlift platform, 2× Precor Smith machines, Precor and Gym80 cable stations, a Kraftwerk hack squat, a Precor leg press, dumbbells from 1 to 40 kg and plate-stack machines from Precor, GPH, Gym80 and HCPro. On the cardio side there are 4 treadmills (TG and Precor), 3 exercise bikes, 2 cross-trainers, a Concept2 rower and a Dinox ski ergometer. There are also battle ropes, a punch bag and speed ball, kettlebells, mats, a plyo box and a radar-timed hockey shot area. Nine HUR SmartTouch smart machines adjust resistance in 1 kg increments. There are spacious changing rooms for both women and men; the pool and sauna section is shared, but at peak times the smaller sauna is women-only and swimwear is required. Note: you switch the sauna on yourself from the timer next to reception, and the sauna and pool area is closed after 20:00 on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings if the function room is booked. Parking is free. A function or meeting room can be rented (booking fee 300 €). The premises are air-conditioned with efficient ventilation. The web shop accepts ePassi and Smartum; Edenred payments are arranged by email. Corporate pricing is available on request.
