GymHolvi
Seppälänkangas · Jyväskylä
GymHolvi is a local, well-rounded gym in Seppälänkangas with 700 m² of training space. It has a large free-weight area, plate-loaded and pneumatic machines, plenty of cardio equipment and a weightlifting platform. The gym is on the second floor, so you train in peace without distractions — as the gym itself puts it, there is no need to train in a shop window. A distinctive feature is the two saunas and a cold plunge whose artesian spring water sits at 4–8 °C.
Trial terms: Free trial on weekdays 16:00–19:00. Reception is open on Wednesdays 16:30–18:30, and other customer-service times can be arranged by phone or email if needed.
