A Multi Functional area where you can combine cardio and strength or train with bodyweight alone, plus a separate functional-training zone for balance, mobility and coordination. There is also a cardio and warm-up area, a large free-weight area, selectorised machines for all muscle groups and a stretching zone. Separate women-only gym and personal training services. Changing rooms with lockers and showers (bring your own padlock), plus Wi-Fi. Step-free access 24/7 and an accessible shower (no shower chair).

Trial week 9,90 € for 7 days, valid at every gym in the chain. Only for new members who have not had an active membership in the past 12 months. Minimum age 15. No commitment: the membership ends automatically 7 days after purchase.

Open to members 24/7. Step-free access on weekdays 7–19 via Verson Raitti or Kauppalaispiha, at other times through the Verso hotel entrance.

Gym membership 49.90 EUR/month on a 12-month contract or 53.90 EUR/month on three months. Gym plus group classes 59.50 EUR/month (12 months) or 63.50 EUR/month (3 months); a morning card for 5.00–15.00 is 39.90 EUR/month on 12 months. Students and pensioners pay 39.90 EUR/month for gym plus classes on a six-month contract. Joining fee 19.90 EUR, annual membership fee 9.90 EUR and a 10 EUR magnetic card. New customers can fill in the contact form on the site and are invited to train free of charge for a week.

Magnetic-card entry every day 5.00–22.00, with exit by 23.00. August reception hours Mon 15.00–18.00, Tue 15.00–17.30, Wed 15.00–18.00, Thu–Sun closed. Saunas are heated Mon, Wed and Fri 7.00–9.00, Mon–Fri 16.30–20.30 and Sat–Sun 16.00–18.00.

An open-ended membership costs 62.90 €/month. A fixed-term membership contract is 55.90 €/month, a flexible membership 31.90 €/month, a student/senior membership 51.90 €/month, a youth membership 44.00 €/month and a family card from 46.90 €/month per person. Without membership: a day pass is 13 €, a 10-visit card 102 € (students 84 €, seniors 73 €), a month card 65 €/month and a summer card 55.90 €/month. The same membership is also valid at Kuntomaailma Seppälä, and your customer account shows and books classes at both sites. Entry is by access key or QR code: the left door on Kauppalaispiha and the Yliopistonkatu door both open with a tag, and while Torikeskus is open you can also take the lift from the ground floor straight to the 3rd floor. The sauna is hot Mon 09:00–20:00, Tue–Fri 16:00–20:00 and Sat–Sun 10:00–14:00, and can also be booked for a private group. The changing rooms have plenty of lockers but you need your own padlock — locks are sold for 4 €, and a locker can be rented permanently for 4 €/month. All group-exercise studios are free to use whenever no class is running. Personal training plus fitness and nutrition testing are available. All Finnish exercise benefits are accepted (Smartum, ePassi, Eazybreak, Virike). Under-18s may train with a guardian's consent. Customer service is open Mon–Wed 15:00–18:00.

Your first visit is free. Trials are always during customer-service hours (Mon–Wed 15:00–18:00) or 15 minutes before a group class starts. Filling in a visitor card at reception is mandatory — without it the visit costs 13 €. You can also book the trial visit in advance via the website form.

Membership is 45 €/month, open-ended and cancellable at any time with one month's notice; the minimum term is 2 months. A student membership is 40 €/month and a morning + evening membership 32 €/month (valid weekdays 20:00–14:00 and 24h at weekends). There is also a 10-visit card at 69 € and a single visit at 8 €. Membership can be frozen once per calendar year for up to 2 months. Entry is by a personal access tag scanned at the door reader on every visit. Equipment is by the Finnish manufacturer Ironfit, with a separate warm-up area holding cardio machines (treadmill, rower, bike). Less common machines include a lever/plate-loaded press, belt squat and hip thrust machine, plus lifting platforms and a wide range of handles and bars. Storage lockers are available during your workout. There are 11 free parking spaces for gym customers; the lot is monitored by ParkkiPate and 3-hour parking requires registering at the info desk. A large, inexpensive parking hall sits directly above the gym. The info desk is at this site, open Wed–Fri 16:00–18:00. Personal training includes a free, no-obligation first meeting. All equipment and contact surfaces are treated with Nanoksi photocatalytic coating. Under-15s are not admitted without separate written permission.

No free trial is offered to the general public. However, a GYM08 member may bring a friend for one free introductory visit during info-desk hours (Wed–Fri 16:00–18:00 at Hannikaisenkatu). Otherwise you visit on the 8 € single-visit ticket.

Gym membership 49 €/month (unlimited access every day 06:00–23:00), morning gym membership 39 €/month (06:00–13:00), gym + Neurosonic 59 €/month, morning + Neurosonic 49 €/month. Gym Premium Unlimited 229 €/month covers unlimited gym and small-group classes (including reformer pilates) plus four Neurosonic treatments a month. Studio Premium class cards: 10x 229 €, 5x 129 €, 1x 29 € (5x valid 2 months, 10x valid 4 months). Personal training packages from 205 €/month. Regular slots: ongoing corporate contract 699 €/month (excl. VAT), private group slot 675 €/month. Open-ended memberships have no commitment and no notice period; you end the membership yourself in the app at the end of the paid period. Payment is charged automatically to your card every four weeks. The cardio area has treadmills, stair machines, bikes, and rowing and ski ergometers. Other spaces: Ryhtilä (reformer, BodyBow, mat pilates, spiral stabilisation and yoga classes) and Rauhala (sound-bowl relaxation, gentle yoga). Minimum age 18. There is no car park of its own; the nearest is a paid gravel lot at the end of Fortunakuja, with disc-parking spaces about 200 m away in front of Innova 1.

You can train every day 06:00–23:00 (last entry 22:30). Staff on site by arrangement.
