The gym floor has a large machine area with Technogym, Eleiko, Dinox and Precor equipment plus a versatile free-weight and functional training area with racks. Saunas are hot throughout the centre's opening hours. Childcare (Lasten Klub1, ages 0–8) costs 18 €/family/month and can be added to a membership with one month's notice; a guided K1ds class is included and bookings go via WhatsApp to 050 331 9140. Porridge and coffee are served free on weekday mornings 07:00–09:15. The centre also has a café, massage and physiotherapy, corporate services and training holidays. The sauna is hot Mon 09:00–20:00, Tue–Fri 16:00–20:00 and Sat–Sun 10:00–14:00, and can also be booked for a private group. The changing rooms have plenty of lockers but you need your own padlock — locks are sold for 4 €, and a locker can be rented permanently for 4 €/month. All group-exercise studios are free to use whenever no class is running. Personal training plus fitness and nutrition testing are available. All Finnish exercise benefits are accepted (Smartum, ePassi, Eazybreak, Virike). Under-18s may train with a guardian's consent. Customer service is open Mon–Wed 15:00–18:00.
