Liikku Seppälä is a branch of the Finnish Kuntokeskus Liikku chain on Ahjokatu in Jyväskylä. The chain describes it as a bright, spacious gym with plenty of room to train. It is open to members every day from 05:00 to 23:00, with entry through a gate reader using your own membership card.
