Supervised health-exercise concept on the 4th floor of Oulun Lääkäritalo: training guided by a physiotherapist on a 2 x 30 min per week principle. The premises include a therapy room, physiotherapist consultations, saunas, a lounge and a free massage chair. Also fitness assessments, BINDEX bone density measurement, massage and foot care. The concept does not include free weights.

The gym is open to members around the clock and you enter with your phone via the Fitness24Seven app, right after joining. It is built to the chain's 2.0 concept: refreshed equipment, a modern look and a spacious layout. You will find a cardio and warm-up area with treadmills, cross-trainers and rowers, a wide free-weight area from kettlebells to dumbbells and barbells, varied resistance machines for different muscle groups, a stretching and cool-down zone, and a women's gym within the gym. Changing rooms have lockers for valuables and showers - bring your own padlock. This centre runs a broad group fitness schedule including Les Mills classes, and staff hold free equipment inductions and A Big Hello tours that you book in the app. Personal training is available (Pauliina Wirtanen, 040 707 4663). Wi-Fi is provided. Membership is 32.90 €/month, 30.90 € for students and over-65s and 28.90 € for 15-17-year-olds (who may train 6:00-20:00). The joining fee is 24.90 €, there is no fixed term and the notice period is 2 months; membership covers over 290 gyms. Reception and cashier services are handled online.
The trial week costs 9.90 € and covers a 7-day membership. It is non-binding and ends automatically 7 days after purchase. Available to people aged 15 or over who have not had an active membership in the past 12 months. It includes 24/7 gym access, group classes, the women's gym and mobile entry.

Free weights (3,000 kg of plates, dumbbells 4–40 kg, kettlebells including 8–24 kg competition bells, barbells), nine squat/rack stations, flat and incline bench stations, preacher curl benches, ab and back benches, plate-loaded and selectorised machines (leg press, Precor hack squat, leg extension and curl, chest press, shoulder press, cable stations, Smith machines), cross-training gear (TRX, rings, dip stations, sled, bag, medicine balls, skipping ropes) and cardio: 7 Technogym treadmills, 4 Concept2 rowers, 6 crosstrainers and 35 Bodybike spin bikes. Membership 22 €/month or 239 €/year, joining fee 22 € (11 € for students at reception). Single visit 9.90 €. Class bookings via the OmaSportello portal, arrive 8 minutes before the class. Minimum age 15, or 14 with a guardian present.
Life Fitness selectorised and plate-loaded machines, a large free-weight area, a rig for barbell and bodyweight work, two lifting platforms for deadlifts and Olympic lifting, a full range of cardio equipment, a functional training area with small equipment, a sled push track and a stretching area by the windows. Fressi 24h Heikinkatu is aimed at people who value quality, and a capped member count keeps the training environment calm. Equipment is Matrix and Gym80: treadmills, cross-trainers and a stair machine for warm-ups, a large free-weight and strength area, a broad range of resistance machines and a well-equipped functional zone. The centre has changing and shower facilities plus a Relax by Fressi area with a Neurosonic relaxation couch, a professional massage chair and a Niqama G2 traction chair. Fressi trainer coaching, physiotherapy and Power Plate training are also available. You start, freeze and end your membership yourself in the Oma Fressi online service, and you collect and activate the Fressi card on your own. A flexible membership to one 24h gym costs 47.90 €/month, runs until further notice and can be cancelled with one calendar month's notice; a 12-month fixed-term membership gives an ongoing 8-10 €/month saving and locks the price. All Fressi centres cost 67.90 €/month, and gym + group classes + Lasten Fressi 77.90 €/month. The joining fee is normally 29 €. FressiTV live classes and the online workout library (worth 14.90 €/month) are included. You can pause your membership for 1-3 months at a time for 5 €/month, free of charge in cases of documented military service, pregnancy, long-term illness or temporary relocation. Exercise vouchers and other sports benefits are accepted. Age limits: 12-14-year-olds with a guardian, independently from age 15.

A nine-machine EGYM circuit covering the whole body, a guided first session with a strength test, continuous progress tracking with an automatically updating programme, mobility tests and an optional cycling fitness test. Membership includes body composition measurements, Neurosonic recovery and drinks at the studio. There is street parking outside, public transport nearby and a cycle highway right next to the building. Membership can also be paid with Finnish exercise benefits.
