Hello Health is a wellbeing studio in central Oulu that describes itself as a smart gym rather than a traditional one. Training runs on nine EGYM smart machines that set the resistance, range of motion and seat positions automatically for each user. One circuit covers the whole body in about 20 minutes, and you can do a second round if you want. On the first visit an instructor walks you through the machines and runs a strength test that the programme then adapts to. After that you check in with a wristband and the workout starts automatically. The concept is aimed particularly at beginners and at people who do not feel at home in a conventional gym.
Details are gathered from the gym's own site. Always confirm current details with the gym.
The machines recognise you and set the resistance automatically.
