Monthly membership 44 €/month, open-ended and with no commitment; joining fee 29 €. Memberships are bought from the web shop and access runs through the FUN app. One free trial visit is offered. Personal training services and a PT studio are on site.

Resistance machines (Matrix and Gym80), a free-weights area, cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers and a stair climber, plus a functional training zone. The Relax by Fressi area has a Neurosonic vibration device, a massage chair and a Niqama traction chair, and there is a Power Plate. Personal training is available, and FressiTV live classes and the online workout library are included in membership.

Try Fressi's services for two weeks at 0 €. The trial period is managed entirely online.

Gym membership 39.90 EUR per 4 weeks (access 05:00–24:00), special membership for the unemployed and pensioners 24.90 EUR per 4 weeks (05:00–16:00), UniMove light membership for students 20.90 EUR per 4 weeks (05:00–16:00) and UniMove membership 30.90 EUR per 4 weeks (05:00–24:00). Single visit 12 EUR, training week 25 EUR, 10-visit card 99 EUR, access fob 15 EUR. The membership covers the machine and functional areas, live group classes, virtual classes, the video library, a free coaching consultation, changing room, lockers, showers and the sauna. For 4 EUR more per 4 weeks you get all Easymove gyms. Personal training from 79 EUR/h, physiotherapy, massage, naprapathy, acupuncture and InBody measurements are also available. Minimum age 13.

Free introductory visit during customer service hours. The visit is only possible while reception is open — members must not let outsiders in with their own app, and outside those hours a friend has to buy a single visit from the web shop.

Fressi 24h Linnanmaa (formerly Teknopalatsi) is a training place for people who value quality, and a capped member count keeps the environment calm and queue-free. Besides the gym floor, the location offers Fressi Trainer coaching, small-group training and nutrition guidance, plus changing and shower facilities, a massage chair and a Neurosonic relaxation couch. Local customer service is staffed only at limited times, but members get in with a Fressi card around the clock. You start, freeze and end your membership yourself in the Oma Fressi online service, and collect and activate the Fressi card independently. A flexible membership to one 24h gym costs 47.90 €/month, runs until further notice with one calendar month's notice; a 12-month fixed term gives an ongoing 8-10 €/month saving. All Fressi centres cost 67.90 €/month, and gym + group classes + Lasten Fressi 77.90 €/month. The joining fee is normally 29 €. FressiTV live classes and the online workout library (worth 14.90 €/month) are included. Membership can be paused for 1-3 months at 5 €/month, free with documented military service, pregnancy, long-term illness or temporary relocation. Exercise vouchers are accepted. Age limits: 12-14-year-olds with a guardian, independently from age 15.

Gym (about 170 m²), a sports hall divisible into three sections, a music-movement studio with mirrored walls and a sound system, and an artistic gymnastics area. The swimming pool is in the same building. Accessibility is documented in detail: step-free entry with a door button, an accessible WC in the lobby, a fixed induction loop at the service desk, a separate accessible changing room and washroom with a roomier shower place with a seat and grab rails, and two accessible parking spaces outside. Para sports such as boccia and wheelchair dancing are catered for. Epassi, SmartumPay and Edenred accepted.

Public gym hours 29 June–30 Aug 2026: Mon 06:15–12:30, 13:30–15:30 and 16:00–21:30; Tue 06:15–15:30 and 16:00–21:30; Wed 07:00–15:30 and 16:00–21:30; Thu 06:15–15:30 and 16:00–21:30; Fri 06:15–15:30 and 16:00–21:30; Sat–Sun 08:00–14:45. The gym is cleaned every weekday 15:30–16:00. The service point closes and admission ends one hour before the hall closes; training time ends 30 minutes before closing.

Independent weights training on single, 10-visit, monthly or annual tickets. Next to the gym is a skills room with a yoga space, pole dancing rig, airtrack and agility equipment, usable whenever it is not booked. Annual members may bring one friend free of charge once a month.
