Gym membership 39.90 EUR per 4 weeks (access 05:00–24:00), special membership for the unemployed and pensioners 24.90 EUR per 4 weeks (05:00–16:00), UniMove light membership for students 20.90 EUR per 4 weeks (05:00–16:00) and UniMove membership 30.90 EUR per 4 weeks (05:00–24:00). Single visit 12 EUR, training week 25 EUR, 10-visit card 99 EUR, access fob 15 EUR. The membership covers the machine and functional areas, live group classes, virtual classes, the video library, a free coaching consultation, changing room, lockers, showers and the sauna. For 4 EUR more per 4 weeks you get all Easymove gyms. Personal training from 79 EUR/h, physiotherapy, massage, naprapathy, acupuncture and InBody measurements are also available. Minimum age 13.

Free introductory visit during customer service hours. The visit is only possible while reception is open — members must not let outsiders in with their own app, and outside those hours a friend has to buy a single visit from the web shop.

Fressi 24h Linnanmaa (formerly Teknopalatsi) is a training place for people who value quality, and a capped member count keeps the environment calm and queue-free. Besides the gym floor, the location offers Fressi Trainer coaching, small-group training and nutrition guidance, plus changing and shower facilities, a massage chair and a Neurosonic relaxation couch. Local customer service is staffed only at limited times, but members get in with a Fressi card around the clock. You start, freeze and end your membership yourself in the Oma Fressi online service, and collect and activate the Fressi card independently. A flexible membership to one 24h gym costs 47.90 €/month, runs until further notice with one calendar month's notice; a 12-month fixed term gives an ongoing 8-10 €/month saving. All Fressi centres cost 67.90 €/month, and gym + group classes + Lasten Fressi 77.90 €/month. The joining fee is normally 29 €. FressiTV live classes and the online workout library (worth 14.90 €/month) are included. Membership can be paused for 1-3 months at 5 €/month, free with documented military service, pregnancy, long-term illness or temporary relocation. Exercise vouchers are accepted. Age limits: 12-14-year-olds with a guardian, independently from age 15.

Open 24 hours every day of the year with a Fressi card. Local customer service: 1-30 June Mon-Tue 16:00-20:00, 1-31 July closed, 1-31 August Mon-Tue 16:00-20:00, from 1 September Mon-Wed 16:00-20:00.

24h membership 41.90 EUR/month, pensioners 30.90, students 35.90, UniMove members 30.90, under-18s 35.90. Day/evening membership 28.90 EUR/month (weekdays 21:00–15:00, weekends 24h). One-month card 55 EUR, 10-visit card 70 EUR (valid 6 months, access fob included), single visit 10 EUR. No joining fee and the access fob is free. Paper invoices cost 5 EUR each; e-invoicing is free. Coaches are available and Finnish exercise benefits are accepted.

Membership includes unlimited use of the gym and group classes at both Sportello Fit centres (Alppila and City). Personal training, treatment services and a body composition measurement (19.90 €) are available at extra cost.

One free introductory visit per person. After that a visit without membership costs 9.90 €, credited against the joining fee if you sign up within two weeks. You can drop in during reception hours, Tue and Thu 16-19 at Alppila.

CrossFit box on Kaarnatie in Oulu with WOD, weightlifting, Basics, Skill, Mobility, MPF and Pilates classes plus open gym. Membership requires completing the On Ramp course or a skills assessment.

Self-training with access pass daily 5-22

Round-the-clock self-service training: cardio machines, dumbbells from 1 to 45 kg, squat racks, a machine selection, kettlebells from 8 to 32 kg, battle ropes, sleds and boxing equipment. WorkRelax Luxury massage chairs are included in the membership. Personal training is provided through Kuntokompassi coaches.

Open to members 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No staff on site; customer service runs through the app and chat.
