An independent gym in the Puolivälinkangas district of Oulu, right by the motorway junction. It has dozens of strength machines, five bench press stations, three to four squat cages with pull-up bars, five deadlift platforms (two set up for bands), a monolift, incline and seal-row benches, and dumbbells from 1 to 60 kg. A refurbished stretching area and cardio machines complete the set-up. Members get in with a key fob 24 hours a day, all year round.
Trial terms: Free introductory visit Mon and Thu 17:00–19:00, or at other times by contacting the gym through the web form, which gets you a PIN code for the visit.
