All-round gym training for women, a broad group-class timetable (Les Mills live and virtual, pilates, kettlebell, body-care classes), infrared saunas and a smart-controlled Finnish sauna, solarium, Vibra-Trim devices, massage chairs and Omron body-composition measurement. Lockable lockers, showers with toiletries and plenty of free parking. Personal training (solo or duo), massage therapy and monthly technology and nutrition days are also offered.

Key-card access every day 05:00–24:00; day membership Mon–Fri 05:00–16:00. Reception Mon 12:00–18:00 and Tue–Thu 15:00–18:00 (reduced in summer).

Free introductory visit to the gym during reception hours (Mon–Thu 16:00–19:00, Sat 10:00–12:00), with no obligation. There is also a free guided EGYM introduction, about 30 minutes, booked through the web shop; places are limited.

Open self-training gym. You register your visit at the reader before starting, and a single ticket can be bought as a QR code. Per the Turku sports services price list the single admission is 8.40 EUR, or 4.20 EUR for reduced groups; a 10-visit load is 65 EUR (reduced 32.50 EUR) and the 4-month sports wristband 84 EUR (reduced 42 EUR). Under-15s need a group leader's supervision in the strength training areas. Lockers take a 50-cent coin. Slots are booked through the Timmi system. The upstairs floor is closed 1 June - 9 Aug 2026.

150 m² of open, bright training space with quality TechnoGym machines plus HUR pneumatic machines that suit beginners and rehabilitation. Free weights and dumbbells up to 50 kg. Open 365 days a year. Also on offer: group classes, personal training, gym courses, boxing and bag work, senior exercise, massage and SUP board rental. A personal gym programme costs 40 € for gym customers. Payment by card, cash, exercise vouchers, Smartum Pay, the Edenred app and ePassi.

Access card every day 06:00–23:00; day card 08:00–16:00. Open 365 days a year. The desk is staffed Mon–Thu 17:00–19:00, Wed 11:15–11:30, Fri 18:00–18:15 and Sat 11:30–11:45.
