Free introductory visit to the gym during reception hours (Mon–Thu 16:00–19:00, Sat 10:00–12:00), with no obligation. There is also a free guided EGYM introduction, about 30 minutes, booked through the web shop; places are limited.

Gym open 24/7 with a key card, every day of the year. Reception open Mon–Thu 16:00–19:00 and Sat 10:00–12:00; closed on public holidays.

Independent strength training in a clean, well-kept old-school gym where the equipment and weights are maintained and cleaning supplies are provided. There is a gym sauna, which the club calls the best in Turku. A supervisor is present in the evenings. Turun NMKY also runs other activities, such as Saturday floorball sessions at Wäinö Aaltonen school.

Key-tag access weekdays (Mon–Fri) 06:00–22:00 and weekends (Sat–Sun) 08:00–22:00; the alarm arms at 23:00, so you must be out before then. From 1 June 2026 a supervisor is present Mon–Thu and Sun 18:00–20:00.

Over 50 machines: free weights, pin-loaded machines and cardio equipment for every muscle group. Popular machines are available in multiples to avoid queues. Changing-room lockers come with a built-in lock and key, so you don't need your own; extra lockers are in the corridor outside. There is a snack vending machine in the lobby and a new access gate for entry control. Ongoing 24/7 membership 41.99 €/4 weeks, students 31.99 €/4 weeks; a day card for 06:00–15:00 is 24.99 €/4 weeks. Fixed-term options: 6 months 239 € and an annual membership 449 €. Single-visit card 7 € (valid 3 days) and a 10-visit card 60 € (valid 3 months) with no commitment. An access tag costs 5 € from reception. Smartum, ePassi and Edenred benefits accepted.

Open self-training gym. You register your visit at the reader before starting, and a single ticket can be bought as a QR code. Per the Turku sports services price list the single admission is 8.40 EUR, or 4.20 EUR for reduced groups; a 10-visit load is 65 EUR (reduced 32.50 EUR) and the 4-month sports wristband 84 EUR (reduced 42 EUR). Under-15s need a group leader's supervision in the strength training areas. Lockers take a 50-cent coin. Slots are booked through the Timmi system. The upstairs floor is closed 1 June - 9 Aug 2026.

Gym membership 49 €/4 weeks; student and 60+ memberships 39 €/4 weeks. An annual card is 466 € (415 € for students and 60+). A 10-visit gym card is 72 € and a single visit 12 €. Memberships and annual cards carry a 29 € joining fee. Studio Julinia products — membership 69 €/4 weeks (59 € for students and 60+), annual card 570 €, 10-visit card 130 €, drop-in 16 € — all include gym access as well. Memberships run until cancelled with no fixed term; notice is the current plus the following billing period, and at least four weeks. Minimum age 15, with guardian consent under 18. Payment by card or the ePassi, Smartum and Edenred benefit schemes.

Open self-training gym. Single QR ticket 3.70 EUR, 10-visit load 65 EUR (reduced groups 32.50 EUR) and a 4-month sports wristband 84 EUR (reduced groups 42 EUR). Senior wristband for Turku residents aged 65+ 42 EUR / 4 months and Kimmoke wristband 45 EUR / 6 months. First wristband chip costs 8 EUR. Minimum age 15; 13-14-year-olds may train under a guardian's or coach's supervision. Wednesdays 15:00-16:00 is a senior slot with an instructor present, and on Saturdays 08:45-09:45 the gym is reserved for a guided group. Lockers take a 2 EUR coin.
