Free weights and barbells, plate-loaded and lever machines, cardio equipment, boxing bags and pads, a Vibra Trim device and massage chairs. The HUR machines add resistance automatically and track your training. Separate men's and women's changing rooms with lockable cabinets and showers (toiletries provided). Services include personal training (solo, duo or small group), group classes, massage, home-training programmes and a virtual gym.

Independent strength training in the club's own hall 24/7 with a gym access right. Coached activities for all ages are also on offer: strength schools for 7–14-year-olds, youth hobby groups and the Atleettikoulu, adult beginner courses and hobby groups (max 7 people), a 60+ weights school, mobility sessions and athlete coaching. Bike racks at the entrance, parking on site and street parking permitted on Telekatu. The entrance is wheelchair-accessible with assistance.
Members with gym access rights train 24/7. The off-peak right excludes weekdays 16:00–20:00. The door is normally locked, and visitors must arrange their visit in advance.
Memberships are billed in four-week cycles. The standard Basic rate is 57 € per 4 weeks and Premium 87 € per 4 weeks; both rolling and 12-month fixed-term contracts are offered. Premium clubs also charge a 40 € annual membership fee. A trial week costs 20 €. Services include group classes in three studios, small-group coaching, personal training, physiotherapy and massage, and childcare. Racket-sport slots and the arena courts are booked separately. The MyForever app works as a digital access card and is used to manage the membership, bookings and member benefits. The centre also hosts corporate wellbeing days.
Dumbbells from 1 to 50 kg, benches, a powerlifting area with racks and platforms, cardio machines (cross-trainer, treadmill, stair climber, ski erg), rowers, an air bike, four boxing bags, battle ropes, a running track and a functional training area. Beginners start with the On-Ramp course (149 €, students 134 €) covering CrossFit techniques and training methods. Kärsämäki lies about four kilometres north of the centre, on the west bank of the Vähäjoki. Around two thousand people live here, mostly in detached houses, with the Tampere road along its western edge, the ring road to the north and the Toijala railway to the east. Two industrial estates make up the other half of the district, and the sweet factory that closed in 2007 now houses the largest family activity centre in the region.
The gym supply is scaled to that. Eleven gyms fall within three and a half kilometres, against 34 from the city centre, and they occupy warehouse and commercial buildings where parking is free and never full. None is municipal, so paying by the visit rather than by the month is not available here.
Price is where Kärsämäki stands apart. The dearest membership in range costs 74.90 euros a month. Elsewhere in Turku the top of the market reaches 107 or 116, so a full-service club is simply not part of the local choice. The median, 39.90, is the lowest of these districts, and the cheapest option is 32.90.
Two of the eleven are open around the clock, so a six a.m. session narrows the field to two rooms. Two offer a free trial, five run instructed classes, two have a sauna and one is women-only. If that is not enough, the airport bus stops by the school and by the old factory and reaches the market square in about ten minutes.
