Free weights and barbells, plate-loaded and lever machines, cardio equipment, boxing bags and pads, a Vibra Trim device and massage chairs. The HUR machines add resistance automatically and track your training. Separate men's and women's changing rooms with lockable cabinets and showers (toiletries provided). Services include personal training (solo, duo or small group), group classes, massage, home-training programmes and a virtual gym.

Membership options: Jousto-Liikku €36.90/month with one month's notice, Järki-Liikku €34.90/month on a 12-month commitment, and Reilu-Liikku €348/year paid up front.
