Forever Turku Leaf Areena is the most comprehensive sports centre in Turku: 10,000 m² of space for exercise and wellbeing under one roof. The gym's machine and free-weight selection covers strength work, endurance and mobility alike. While warming up or doing cardio you can connect your phone to the machine's screen and watch your own programmes; bright-light lamps and cooling ventilation keep the air fresh. The centre has three group exercise studios and the widest class selection in Turku. After training there are design saunas, plus a separate infrared sauna for women to aid recovery. Massage and physiotherapy are on site, as is a games arena whose three full-size courts host floorball, futsal, badminton and padel. Parking is free.
