Over 1,500 m² with a wide equipment range from Goljat, Hoist, Hammer Strength, Watson, Primal, Gym80 and Life Fitness. Besides the indoor gym there is an outdoor gym. Group fitness has a broad class selection, and personal training, fitness testing and a smoothie bar are also available. Free guidance sessions are arranged for seniors. The adjacent arena's services include a café and saunas. Monthly membership 59 €/month (gym only) or 69 €/month for gym plus group classes; on an annual membership 49 €/month and 59 €/month respectively, including a free trainer consultation. Students and over-65s get 15% off memberships. Parking is free.

Memberships are billed in four-week cycles. The standard Basic rate is 57 € per 4 weeks and Premium 87 € per 4 weeks; both rolling and 12-month fixed-term contracts are offered. Premium clubs also charge a 40 € annual membership fee. A trial week costs 20 €. Services include group classes in three studios, small-group coaching, personal training, physiotherapy and massage, and childcare. Racket-sport slots and the arena courts are booked separately. The MyForever app works as a digital access card and is used to manage the membership, bookings and member benefits. The centre also hosts corporate wellbeing days.

Independent strength training in the club's own hall 24/7 with a gym access right. Coached activities for all ages are also on offer: strength schools for 7–14-year-olds, youth hobby groups and the Atleettikoulu, adult beginner courses and hobby groups (max 7 people), a 60+ weights school, mobility sessions and athlete coaching. Bike racks at the entrance, parking on site and street parking permitted on Telekatu. The entrance is wheelchair-accessible with assistance.

Members with gym access rights train 24/7. The off-peak right excludes weekdays 16:00–20:00. The door is normally locked, and visitors must arrange their visit in advance.

Dumbbells from 1 to 50 kg, benches, a powerlifting area with racks and platforms, cardio machines (cross-trainer, treadmill, stair climber, ski erg), rowers, an air bike, four boxing bags, battle ropes, a running track and a functional training area. Machines are Precor and Dinox, bars and plates Eleiko, rowing and ski ergs Concept2. Free parking. Personal training, fitness testing, gym programmes, courses and corporate memberships are also available.
