An open-ended membership costs 62.90 €/month. A fixed-term membership contract is 55.90 €/month, a flexible membership 31.90 €/month, a student/senior membership 51.90 €/month, a youth membership 44.00 €/month and a family card from 46.90 €/month per person. Without membership: a day pass is 13 €, a 10-visit card 102 € (students 84 €, seniors 73 €), a month card 65 €/month and a summer card 55.90 €/month. The same membership is also valid at Naisten Kuntomaailma in Torikeskus. The gym floor has quality machines plus a functional training area and plenty of free weights. Two group-exercise studios and a separate indoor cycling studio give choice on every day of the week, and all studios are free to use whenever no class is running. You get in by showing your access key or QR code at the reader beside the outer door, even when that door is locked. The sauna is hot Mon–Fri and Sun 16:00–20:30 and Sat 10:00–14:00, and can be booked for a private group. The changing rooms have plenty of lockers but you need your own padlock — locks are sold for 4 €, and a locker can be rented permanently for 4 €/month. The childcare corner welcomes all children over 2, with a supervisor present Mon–Thu 16:15–19:00. Seppälä also has XCRYO whole-body cryotherapy (1 session 29 €, 3 for 79 €, 5 for 119 €), available without an appointment during customer-service hours. Personal training plus fitness and nutrition testing are available (Firstbeat wellbeing analysis 185 €, muscular fitness test 65 €, Seca body composition measurement from 15 €). A large free car park sits directly in front of the gym and behind it as well. All Finnish exercise benefits are accepted. In August 2026 Seppälä expands by about 200 m²: a modern HIIT studio, a dedicated cardio studio (treadmills, stair machines, bikes), more free weights and at least 10 new machines; the opening week starts 10 August.

Your first visit is free. Trials are always during customer-service hours (Mon–Thu 16:00–19:00, Fri 14:00–17:00) or 15 minutes before a group class starts. Filling in a visitor card at reception is mandatory — without it the visit costs 13 €. You can also book the trial visit in advance via the website form.

Memberships: Jousto-Liikku €36.90/month (open-ended, one month's notice), Järki-Liikku €34.90/month (fixed 12-month contract, billed monthly) or Reilu-Liikku €348/year (fixed 12-month contract paid upfront, equivalent to €29/month). Joining fee €29.90 for new members, €9.90 for returning members. Membership can be extended to all Liikku gyms for +€5/month or +€50/year. Single visit without membership €14.90 (day visitors get no locker). Gym induction €29.90. Personal training available. No student, senior, family or conscript discounts — the price is the same for everyone. Minimum age 13.

Prices: membership €49/month (minimum term 3 months, after which it can be cancelled with no notice period and ends on the last day of the current billing period), 1-month card €65, week card €29, 10-visit card €70 (valid 3 months), single visit €10. In Jyväskylä an access tag costs an extra €10. Single visits and 10-visit cards can be bought online; memberships and 1-month cards are bought at the gym while staff are present on weekdays 16:00–19:00. Payable with Finnish exercise benefits. A sports massage therapist works on site.

The gym is open around the clock every day of the year with an access tag or a single-use PIN code. Customer service is on site on weekdays 16:00–19:00.

Memberships are sold as fixed terms: a 12-month membership is 49 €/month for gym only and 65 €/month for gym + group exercise; a 6-month membership 54 €/month and 69 €/month; a 3-month membership 56 €/month and 74 €/month. A 25 € handling fee is added to every membership. A youth membership for 12–16-year-olds is 45 €/month and runs open-ended. A senior card (unlimited use) is 59 €/month and a senior day card (Mon–Fri 06:15–14:00) 49 €/month — both open-ended, obtained by showing a pensioner's card. Students get 10 % off the combination cards. A 10-visit card is 189 €, or 229 € including HYROX. A single visit is 25 €, or 18 € when accompanied by a member. Adding HYROX classes to a combination card costs 10 €/month. The monthly fee is paid by Fast Pay card charge (in the OnTheMove app) or e-invoice. The gym floor has a large machine area with Technogym, Eleiko, Dinox and Precor equipment plus a versatile free-weight and functional training area with racks. Saunas are hot throughout the centre's opening hours. Childcare (Lasten Klub1, ages 0–8) costs 18 €/family/month and can be added to a membership with one month's notice; a guided K1ds class is included and bookings go via WhatsApp to 050 331 9140. Porridge and coffee are served free on weekday mornings 07:00–09:15. The centre also has a café, massage and physiotherapy, corporate services and training holidays. There is a car park behind the building where some spaces are usable at any hour and the rest on weekdays after 16:00 and at weekends with no parking disc; all Klub1 spaces are marked with Klub1 signs.

The first visit is free. You can book an introductory visit with the 'Tule tutustumaan' form on the site, choosing the location (Kivääritehdas or Palokka) and whether you want to try the gym or a group class.

A large free-weight area, Life Fitness treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers and cross-trainers, Concept2 rowers and Life Fitness selectorised machines. For functional training there is TRX suspension training and a Life Fitness Synergy360 rig. There is also a boxing-fitness and stretching space, plus lockable lockers and showers. Massage and physiotherapy services are available on site. Gym induction 21,90 € and personal training, day pass 10 €.

Membership is 45 €/month, open-ended and cancellable at any time with one month's notice; the minimum term is 2 months. A student membership is 40 €/month and a morning + evening membership 32 €/month (valid weekdays 20:00–14:00 and 24h at weekends). There is also a 10-visit card at 69 € and a single visit at 8 €. Membership can be frozen once per calendar year for up to 2 months. Entry is by a personal access tag scanned at the door reader on every visit. Equipment is by the Finnish manufacturer Ironfit, with a separate warm-up area holding cardio machines (treadmill, rower, bike). Less common machines include a lever/plate-loaded press, belt squat and hip thrust machine, plus lifting platforms and a wide range of handles and bars. Storage lockers are available during your workout. There are 11 free parking spaces for gym customers; the lot is monitored by ParkkiPate and 3-hour parking requires registering at the info desk. A large, inexpensive parking hall sits directly above the gym. The info desk is at this site, open Wed–Fri 16:00–18:00. Personal training includes a free, no-obligation first meeting. All equipment and contact surfaces are treated with Nanoksi photocatalytic coating. Under-15s are not admitted without separate written permission.

No free trial is offered to the general public. However, a GYM08 member may bring a friend for one free introductory visit during info-desk hours (Wed–Fri 16:00–18:00 at Hannikaisenkatu). Otherwise you visit on the 8 € single-visit ticket.
