Kuntomaailma Seppälä
Seppälä · Jyväskylä
Kuntomaailma Seppälä is a full-service fitness centre in the Seppälä commercial district, right next to the Seppä shopping centre. A big, genuinely bright main hall keeps the space airy, and good air conditioning keeps it fresh even during sweatier sessions. Besides the gym floor there are two group-exercise studios and a separate indoor cycling studio. Families have a childcare corner and there is a large sauna area.
Trial terms: Your first visit is free. Trials are always during customer-service hours (Mon–Thu 16:00–19:00, Fri 14:00–17:00) or 15 minutes before a group class starts. Filling in a visitor card at reception is mandatory — without it the visit costs 13 €. You can also book the trial visit in advance via the website form.
