Free weights and powerlifting stations, strength machines for the whole body, cable and multi-function equipment, cardio machines and a functional training area. Brands include Prime, Eleiko, Rogue, Hammer Strength, Precor, Gymleco, StairMaster and Concept2. Changing rooms have lockable cabinets and showers; some men's lockers have built-in locks, the rest and all women's lockers need your own padlock. There is also a break room with fridge and microwave, a posing room with mirrors, lighting and a stage mat, a Luxura X5 solarium (20 min, 6 €), massage at 50 € per 60 min, personal training at 50 € per session, and supplement and apparel sales. Prices: 1-month pass 64 €, 3-month 166 €, 6-month 305 €, 12-month 515 € (a 12-month pass can be arranged as 46 €/month in person). Morning pass for 4.30 am–12 pm: 1 month 53.50 €, 3 months 134 €, 12 months 420 € (37 €/month). Single visit 11 €, 10-visit card 75 €, lifetime membership 2,550 €.

A new customer can try the gym once free of charge during customer service hours, Mon–Thu 3–6 pm. No booking is needed, and you choose a pass only afterwards.

The gym is open Mon–Sun 4.30 am–midnight. Customer service is on site Mon–Thu 3–6 pm.

Gym training on a single ticket, a multi-visit card or a season card. The same hall also has running tracks and athletics facilities, a sports hall, a martial arts room, a dance studio and an artistic gymnastics hall. During public hours an instructor is on hand to show people how to use the machines in the B-side gym on Fridays 09:00–10:00 (31 Aug–13 Dec 2026, excluding week 43), no advance sign-up. Entry uses an OuluCard or Waltti card through automatic gates; the card costs 3.00 €. Epassi, SmartumPay and Edenred exercise benefits are accepted.

Public gym hours Mon–Fri 07:00–22:00 and Sat–Sun 07:00–21:30. The service point closes and admission ends one hour before the hall closes; training time ends 30 minutes before closing. Note that events can affect the opening hours of the A-side gym; during events the entrance for gym users is door B.

Fressi 24h Heikinkatu is aimed at people who value quality, and a capped member count keeps the training environment calm. Equipment is Matrix and Gym80: treadmills, cross-trainers and a stair machine for warm-ups, a large free-weight and strength area, a broad range of resistance machines and a well-equipped functional zone. The centre has changing and shower facilities plus a Relax by Fressi area with a Neurosonic relaxation couch, a professional massage chair and a Niqama G2 traction chair. Fressi trainer coaching, physiotherapy and Power Plate training are also available. You start, freeze and end your membership yourself in the Oma Fressi online service, and you collect and activate the Fressi card on your own. A flexible membership to one 24h gym costs 47.90 €/month, runs until further notice and can be cancelled with one calendar month's notice; a 12-month fixed-term membership gives an ongoing 8-10 €/month saving and locks the price. All Fressi centres cost 67.90 €/month, and gym + group classes + Lasten Fressi 77.90 €/month. The joining fee is normally 29 €. FressiTV live classes and the online workout library (worth 14.90 €/month) are included. You can pause your membership for 1-3 months at a time for 5 €/month, free of charge in cases of documented military service, pregnancy, long-term illness or temporary relocation. Exercise vouchers and other sports benefits are accepted. Age limits: 12-14-year-olds with a guardian, independently from age 15.

Open 24 hours every day of the year with a Fressi card. There is no reception.

Wellness membership 54.90 € per 4 weeks on a rolling contract (one billing period's notice, 49.90 € setup fee, 39.90 € online) or 46.90 € per 4 weeks on a 12-month contract (39.90 € setup fee). First 8 weeks at 50 % off. Drop-in 12 €, refunded against your first membership invoice if you join within 7 days. Membership includes personal trainer support, including two starter sessions, plus programmes in the mobile app. Changing rooms, showers and make-up stations.

Monthly membership 44 €/month, open-ended with no commitment; annual membership 459 € (a one-year fixed term that then continues month to month); a training week for 30 € and a single entry for 15 €. The gym is equipped with Technogym Selection Line machines with a wide adjustment range plus what the centre calls Oulu's only Kinesis wall. Free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX straps and a cross-training cage with pull-up bar, landmine, battle ropes and rings. Cardio includes bikes, crosstrainers, treadmills, rowers, a stepmill and a stair climber. Memberships: Olo full membership 89 € per 4 weeks open-ended or 69 € per 4 weeks on a 12-month contract; gym-only 79 € or 59 €; afternoon (12–3 pm) 59 € or 39 €; 60+ 75 € or 55 €; student 34.50 € per 4 weeks on a 12-month contract.
