Force Training Camp

24/7 gym access by key card (cardio machines, weight-stack machines, dumbbell area, bench-press area, plate-loaded machines, free weights, functional zone), Personal Training, massage, a sauna section and a children's play corner. Every membership includes one session with a personal trainer. Prices: gym 24/7 42.95 EUR per 4 weeks, pensioner/student 37.95 EUR per 4 weeks, one-month fixed term 52 EUR, 12-month card 450 EUR, ten-visit card 75 EUR (65 EUR for discount groups, valid 6 months), single visit 10 EUR. Access card 10 EUR. Memberships run until further notice with one calendar month's notice.

Unlimited membership 116 €/month (students 105 €), or 105 €/month on a 6-month, 99 €/month on a 12-month (students 89 €) and 94 €/month on a 24-month term. Light membership 107 €/month (students 93 €) includes up to 12 coached classes a month. Open Gym only 49 €/month. Ten-visit card 139 € (students 125 €). Single open-gym visit 12 €, single coached WOD 17 €. One-off NFC access tag 7 €. Also on offer: the On-Ramp beginner course (164 € on its own, 266 € bundled with a month's membership), the PORTTI Mamat group and corporate sessions. The rolling monthly contract can be cancelled at any time; fixed terms include freeze allowances.

Open Gym Mon–Sun 5:00–23:00 outside coached class times. Coached classes between 7:00 and 20:00 depending on the day.

Resistance machines, free-weight area, cardio and warm-up zone, stretching and cool-down area, and a separate women's-only gym. A broad group-fitness timetable including Les Mills classes. Personal training on site. Changing rooms with lockers and showers (bring your own padlock), Wi-Fi, free equipment inductions, a vending machine and an Optishake drinks dispenser.

Trial week 9,90 €: train for 7 days at any Fitness24Seven gym, group classes included. Available to new members who have not held an active membership in the past 12 months. Buyers must be at least 15. No commitment – the membership ends automatically 7 days after purchase.

Open to members 24/7. Youth membership (ages 15–17) allows access 06:00–20:00. Group classes run to a published timetable.

Nearly 600 m² of training space with both free weights and machines. Changing rooms have showers and lockers you secure with your own lock. Parking is in the Kakola car park, and active members get 2 hours free with a parking disc. Flexible membership is 49 €/month, and the discount rate (students and pensioners with a valid card) is 39 €/month. A VIP membership at 79 €/month adds four evening spa visits per month (Mon–Thu). Single visit 15 € and a 10-visit card 80 €, valid for 4 months. Your card is stamped at the desk reader on every visit. The minimum age is 16, and under-18s may join with a guardian's consent. Tanssikoulu Å and Klub Å operate in the same building, with classes bought separately.

Gym open daily 07:00–22:00. Staff on site Mon–Fri 16:00–20:00 and Sat 10:00–16:00.

Self-directed gym training, personal coaching and training programmes. Membership options: Jousto-Liikku €36.90/month with one month's notice, Järki-Liikku €34.90/month on a 12-month commitment, and Reilu-Liikku €348/year paid up front. The joining fee is €29.90 (€9.90 for returning members), and membership can be extended to every Liikku gym for €5/month or €50/year. A single visit is €14.90. There are no separate student, senior or family discounts. Minimum age is 13 and chalk is not permitted.

Free trial workout Mon–Wed 16–19. No advance booking; you fill in your contact details on arrival. Once per person, and no sales pitch.

Open to members every day 05:00–23:00. A staff representative is on site Mon–Wed 16–19.

Membership is 54 €/month for unlimited training every day of the year; the minimum term is 3 months, after which the contract can be cancelled with no notice period. Other options: a one-month card at 65 €, a 10-visit card at 70 € (valid 3 months), a week card at 29 € and a single visit at 10 €. The entry tag costs 15 €. Everything can be bought from the online shop 24/7 or at the gym while staff are present on weekdays 16:00–19:00. Products and prices are club-specific. Finnish sports benefits are accepted. Coaching services and supplements are available through the chain.
