The gym has three zones: strength training, cardio machines, and a functional-training and stretching area. Cardio includes treadmills (one with resistance), stair climbers, bikes, cross trainers and rowers. Dumbbells 1–68 kg, two pull-down/squat racks and a large range of lever and pin-loaded machines. Also a solarium, massage, personal gym instruction (40 €/h), nutrition counselling and a supplement shop. Ongoing membership 40 €/month, 35 €/month on a 12-month commitment, students 35 €/month and ages 15–19 30 €/month. A restricted morning/evening card is 25 €/month. Single visit 12 €, 10-visit card 69 € (students 59 €, youth 40 €, valid 3 months). Joining fee plus access key 10 € in total. Monthly cards carry a 100% money-back guarantee if you train at least four times in the first month.

The front page advertises an introductory visit at a 5 € trial price. It is clearly cheaper than the normal 12 € single visit.

The machines are picked from leading manufacturers such as GYM80, Technogym, Hammer, Life Fitness and David. The free-weight area has several lifting platforms with squat racks plus plates, dumbbells and competition kettlebells. Both gym floors suit beginners and advanced lifters alike. Group exercise includes the LesMills concept classes BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, BodyBalance and LesMills Core, plus dance, spinning, toning, pilates, legs-abs-glutes, stretching and body maintenance classes. The changing rooms have lockable cabinets, spacious showers and saunas. The treatment room offers X-Cryo cold therapy and X-Tone toning treatments. With a valid gym card you can join a group class for a 5 € drop-in fee. Entry is by key fob or the Fitnesspalatsi app, which opens the front door and the lobby gate and handles class bookings.

With a key fob you can train every day 5:00–23:00. Customer service Mon–Thu 10:00–12:00 and 16:00–19:00, Fri 10:00–12:00 and 15:00–17:00, closed Sat–Sun. Sauna: Mon 10:00–20:00, Tue 10:00–20:00, Wed 7:00–20:00, Thu 10:00–20:00, Fri 7:00–20:00, Sat 9:00–15:00, Sun 9:00–15:00. The online shop is open 24/7/365.

Resistance machines for all muscle groups, a free-weight area (kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells), cardio and warm-up zone (treadmills, cross-trainers, rower), a stretching and cool-down area and a separate women's-only gym. Changing rooms with lockers and showers – bring your own padlock. Wi-Fi. Staff run free equipment-induction sessions for members, bookable in the app.

Trial week 9,90 €: train for 7 days at any Fitness24Seven gym. Available to new members who have not held an active membership in the past 12 months. Buyers must be at least 15. No commitment – the membership ends automatically 7 days after purchase. Join within 14 days of the trial week ending and you get the joining fee at a reduced price.

Open to members 24/7. Youth membership (ages 15–17) allows access 06:00–20:00.

The spacious gym is equipped with Technogym premium lines (Artis and Pure), and the free weights are Eleiko and Technogym. Functional training is covered by TRX and kettlebells plus plenty of open floor space for mobility and kettlebell work; Technogym Kinesis machines suit rehabilitation and lighter training. Group fitness offers a broad range of Les Mills classes, choreographed floor classes and M&M Action functional sessions, with virtual classes available 24/7. The sauna world has quality traditional saunas and a shared infrared sauna. Personal training, massage and a solarium are also available. Memberships: Limited 72 €/month, Gym 79 €/month, Club 89 €/month and Silver 109 €/month; on a 12-month commitment 57 €, 66 €, 76 € and 99 €/month respectively. A single visit at Koulukatu is 20 €. Membership runs until further notice with one full calendar month's notice. It can be paused for 1–2 months at 20 €/month. Minimum age 15. Ample free parking with a 2-hour parking disc, plus bicycle parking.
