Training centre in Pitkämäki, Turku: group classes in four categories (Athlete, power, endurance and muscular conditioning, fitness combat), Hyrox training, small groups, and self-training access between 6 and 22.

A free one-week trial of the group classes with no commitment: during the trial week you can take as many group classes as you like, but a maximum of one session per day. Book it with the form on the website; the gym contacts you within 48 hours. Self-training access is not included in the trial. After the trial the gym offers membership at a reduced price.

Gym floor, instructed classes (Power Shape, Deep Stretch, Abs & Booty, Stretch & Mobility, Power Cross, Pilates, Gym Circuit, Functional Training, Core, PHA Power, Posture Body, Yin yoga), Personal Training, massage and physiotherapy, and a sauna section. Prices: gym 42.95 EUR per 4 weeks, gym plus classes 49.95 EUR per 4 weeks, student/pensioner/unemployed 37.95 EUR per 4 weeks (42.95 EUR with classes). Fixed terms: 1 month 55/60 EUR, 3 months 150/165 EUR, 12 months 470/550 EUR. Ten-visit card 75 EUR for the gym or 99 EUR for classes, valid 6 months. Single visit 12 EUR, access key 10 EUR.

Members train with a key card Mon–Fri and Sun 05:00–23:00, Sat 05:00–18:00. Reception open Mon, Tue, Wed and Thu 16:00–18:00 and Mon, Wed and Fri 12:00–14:00.

Membership is 54 €/month for unlimited training every day of the year; the minimum term is 3 months, after which the contract can be cancelled with no notice period. Other options: a one-month card at 65 €, a 10-visit card at 70 € (valid 3 months), a week card at 29 € and a single visit at 10 €. The entry tag costs 15 €. Everything can be bought from the online shop 24/7 or at the gym while staff are present on weekdays 16:00–19:00. Products and prices are club-specific. Finnish sports benefits are accepted. Coaching services and supplements are available through the chain.

Resistance machines, free-weight area, cardio and warm-up zone, stretching and cool-down area, and a separate women's-only gym. A broad group-fitness timetable including Les Mills classes. Personal training available. Changing rooms with lockers and showers (bring your own padlock), Wi-Fi and free equipment inductions.

Trial week 9,90 €: train for 7 days at any Fitness24Seven gym, group classes included. Available to new members who have not held an active membership in the past 12 months. Buyers must be at least 15. No commitment – the membership ends automatically 7 days after purchase.

Open to members 24/7. Youth membership (ages 15–17) allows access 06:00–20:00. Group classes run to a published timetable.

24/7 gym access by key card (cardio machines, weight-stack machines, dumbbell area, bench-press area, plate-loaded machines, free weights, functional zone), Personal Training, massage, a sauna section and a children's play corner. Every membership includes one session with a personal trainer.
